The technician arrived at the scheduled time (they use a 1 hour window to account for drive time/traffic). They completed the job within 4 hours and provided me info on how to maximize the effectiveness of my new ceramic coat. Also found out you can ceramic coat the interior to protect from scratches on leather/vinyl surfaces.
