Just doing a 1 year follow up!! we've continued to thrive and add monthly community activities. I totally love my gym family. Our members are from all different back grounds with all different levels of fitness. We come together no matter the level we vary the intensity by degree not kind. I can not recommend this box enough! The coaches are amazing at making sure you understand the movement and perform correctly. My wife and I dropped in while we were visiting family. I have been coming here for almost three years and am still excited to workout, it never gets boring. The atmosphere and the coach really makes it feel like a family. Though it may not reflect the opinions of Crossfit Knightdale itself, having a member wearing a t shirt with the logo and trying to intimidate women outside of a clinic isn't becoming of a Christian or a business. Usually people who engage in such abhorrent behavior have the good sense to wear plain clothing.

I've had a fine time and toned the country HAMSTRINGS. This is a fine group of humans. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. They are all super strong, but there are no meatheads. If you are wondering if crossfit is for you, I would definitely checkout CrossFit KDale!

The coaching is personalized to each member; Daniel is outstanding and really takes time to answer any questions you have. I also had Lauren as a sub once, and she was great, too. They always strike a balance of challenging you but also not pushing you past your limits. It's a relatively new box with some CrossFit veterans, but many newbies. The age range also struck me--I am always impressed when a box has a healthy dose of people over the age of 30. To me that says the coaching is accessible and scalable, while still being challenging for all the young spring chickens. Class times are great--early morning, mid-morning, lunch, and after work times. Prices are absolutely reasonable. Now onto the members--what a welcoming bunch! My job has me travelling a lot (like, I'm on the road for 10 months solid right now), so I drop in to boxes all over the place. I should count, but it's probably close to 70 at this point. It's such a relief when the members notice the new person and make a point of introducing themselves and welcoming them to the group. That is the case at CrossFit Knightdale--the members couldn't be more welcoming. And so there we have it--every time I am visiting the area, I will be back to CrossFit Knightdale in a heartbeat. If you're considering joining a box, I highly recommend this one. You'll get personalized coaching and you'll be joining a thriving community of encouraging people.
