Stadium Dental
Worst experience ever. Still dealing with the pain 3 months later. Would not recommended. When I requests the report the report said I consented to “preventative” treatment when I didn’t.I came to this clinic with no pain and left with months of ongoing pain and no clear resolution. My bite got messed up after the visit, and the solution I was given was to see a prosthodontist and that I may need to get Invisalign sooner than expected. Dr. Lee has not given me clear answers and stated that she will not touch my bite any further. It has been two months of pain.I initially came in for a routine cleaning and was told I had seven cavities that needed to be filled. I was surprised by the number and asked how this could have been prevented. I was told the cavities were all in deep grooves and essentially not preventable because toothbrush bristles could not reach them. All fillings were completed in one appointment across all four quadrants. All the grooves in my teeth were removed. Immediately afterward, I experienced significant pain and returned the next day. At that visit, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously.I sought a second opinion, where I was told it is unusual to place that many fillings in one day, especially across all four quadrants, and was advised to wait briefly to see if the pain subsided. Instead, the pain worsened, and I became unable to chew on one side of my mouth.I later found another dentist who conducted proper bite tests and evaluations. They determined that the fillings were overfilled and had altered my bite, placing me at risk for multiple root canals. When I requested my dental records from Stadium Dental to share with the new provider, I received a call from Dr. Lee asking for my account of events. During that call, I was told that my bite was now “too complicated” and that she would no longer adjust it, and I was referred to a prosthodontist. This was confusing to me, as I had previously raised concerns about my bite at the clinic and was told it was not complicated, and was even encouraged to consider Invisalign through the practice.Additionally, the clinical report created after this call stated that certain tests were performed that I was not aware of, and that I had no cavities, and that I had agreed to preventative dental treatment, which I did not.It has now been nearly two months, and I am still dealing with pain and the consequences of this experience.I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I wanted to trust this clinic, especially due to a personal recommendation, but this situation has had a significant impact on my daily life.
