As a seasoned real estate investor for over 25 years, I can honestly say Stacey is one of the best photographers I have ever worked with. In my business, you need a team of professionals to accomplish things on budget, in a timely manner, and with close attention to the smallest details—be it your attorney, architect, accountant, subcontractors, or kitchen and bath designer. But at the end of the day, no matter what goes into the property during construction or remodeling, you need an experienced photographer who can capture the design and feel of the project exactly as it was planned, from the initial design phase to final marketing for the world to see. In today’s world, professional photography of a listing by a real estate agent or for any construction project should be a non-negotiable (IMHO), and no, your iPhone 18 is not gonna cut it.
