We did private dance lessons before our wedding with Martin and he was phenomenal. We learned not only the basics, but our own first dance routine. It was a blast.

So much fun! What an amazing, authentic place with lovely people. Martin is so generous and makes everyone feel like family. People introduce themselves and there’s plenty of talent to demonstrate on the floor, but also lots of people like us who don’t really know what they are doing except for having fun. Wonderful! I was first introduced to this place because they would visit our school and teach our children how to dance. So grateful to reconnect and feel the love again.

I keep going because I love dance. However, during the Friday socials, you sometimes spend half the evening sitting. I wish the instructors would dance with everyone during the socials and incorporate mixer dances so those who attend without a partner could enjoy the dance more. It’s disheartening paying to sit while the instructors socialize or are on their phones. Having said that, I’m glad they offer a ballroom social at least and they do a good job with the lessons.

This is a great place to take your date to on a Friday night. You’ll be your partner’s hero if you do. They have a fun dance and a lesson before the dance. Our night was The Great Gatsby themed. The team there was really nice and made it a fun experience. They have all different levels of dancing experience there so you will not feel out of place. It reminded me of going to a school dance.

It only takes one visit to Ballroom Utah to fall in love with the professional instructors, the beautiful studio, the wonderful people, the fun class lessons and most of all the year round parties that they put on for everyone to enjoy and dance the night away together.
