I called regarding a Ring video doorbell stucco installation and Darrel immediately answered the phone (no long intros/voicemail), took down my information and gave me a potential appt. time. He called and texted later to give me a solid appointment time, and arrived as such. He was personable, professional, and there was no added charges; he honored the competitive price as advertised. Additionally, Darrel gave me a few options as to where/how to mount the video doorbell, and walked me through the app, while giving me a few great tips. He cleaned up and I'm very happy with his work. I found out they do TV mounts and a lot more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hauk Security and will use them only for any of their services.
