I was in and out of the ER with severe neck pain and a fleet of symptoms. Dr. Kramer didn’t want to schedule me in because I missed two appointments. I also had called prior to see if he could see me because it was an emergency and he turned me down. That alone speaks volumes about him and his practice. Truly a life saver. I could write a book on how Dr. Kramer has made my quality of life much better. I came to him in 2019 after a trampoline accident injured my neck to the point I could not even turn my head. My movement came back in what seemed like a miracle less than an hour after my first adjustment. Turns out he was also able to erase years of debilitating migraines and facial pain I now know because of him was called trigeminal neuralgia. I had unexplained pain in the left side of my face including my teeth, jaw, ear, and even my eye socket. I was sensitive to smells. I also had sciatica all the way down to my foot. So many doctors either didn't believe me or misdiagnosed me. But Joey listened and cared. And now I am able to live my life pain free. I am so thankful I discovered Dr. Kramer and Hope Upper Cervical! My doctor recommended I seek out an upper cervical chiropractor for treatment for dizziness and vertigo issues.
