I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with this center and the manner in which they have handled my situation. Over the past month and a half, I have been dealing with a distressing situation that has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, it seems that my concerns are falling on deaf ears.
My son, who was initially enrolled in these martial arts classes, has been unable to participate due to a significant health condition that he developed. I promptly submitted all necessary documentation, including a health report from his doctor, to the Member Solution Center as per their requirements. However, the response from this center has been consistently delayed and unprofessional.
The main points of concern are as follows:
Delayed Response: I submitted the health report more than a month and a half ago, and I expected a timely response considering the urgency of the matter. The fact that it took this long to get any form of communication from their end is completely unacceptable.
Disregard for Health Report: Despite providing a detailed health report from my son's doctor, it seems that the center has disregarded the seriousness of his health condition. I trusted that this would be handled with the utmost sensitivity and understanding, but it appears that the center is more concerned with charging my credit card than addressing the well-being of its members.
Ongoing Monthly Charges: To make matters worse, I have been charged monthly installments for a service that my son cannot avail due to his health condition. This is not only unethical but also against the principles of good customer service.
