Heavens Best Carpet showed up on time, and returned our carpet ahead of scheduled. When they brought our carpet back they moved furniture to lay it back down. The rugs looked a lot better and we were well satisfied.

Once again, the techs at Heaven’s Best did a fabulous job with my semi-annual all house carpet clean. With 2 cats and a dog, my carpets take a beating—stains, smells, embedded animal hair, etc. But the HB team always brings them back to amazingly clean and smelling great! Nothing like having an entire house of clean carpets. Staff pretreated every carpet throughout, placed protective plastic on furniture legs. Great attention to detail!!

The stench was awful so I called heavens best but their schedule wouldn’t allow them to come out right away, so I called Stanley steerner instead. They charged me for the entire room (even though it was brand new carpet and didn’t need cleaning) instead of just the closet space, and while they were able to remove the stench, it wasn’t as clean nor did it smell as fresh as it does when HB does it. I also had to call them back out to redo the area because it didn’t look clean enough. I was so disappointed. Even though they are a smaller company I hands down use HB over the others every time. The two young men called to provide an eta and arrived right on time. They were very polite. After they assessed the areas to be cleaned then went to work. They departed just as efficiently as they arrived leaving only very clean carpets to show for their work. I highly recommend the service.

Heaven's Best gets an A+ just for punctuality. I have really old carpet, so it didn't surprise me that just one cleaning wasn't enough to remove some of the stains. As a whole though, the carpets are in better shape than when Heaven's Best arrived. I'll count that as a win! The only caution I'd give someone is that the carpet is still really wet when the crew leaves -- even though they say it's OK to walk on. We had planned on walking around without shoes for the first 24 hours, but that results in very wet socks. If you have children or pets, I'd try to keep them away from the carpet for a good 6 hours. I had a few really bad areas from the previous owners and the crew, who were professional, polite, ONTIME (early actually AND THEY CALLED before arrival!!), fun to conversation with, pretreated and paid extra attention to those areas. While the crews tried their best to make it 100% like new, the worst area was just too bad (which honestly I figured it would be but these guys busted tail to make it look new). Dave and Ken came to my home today and performed a miracle! I had tracked diesel oil grime all throughout my carpet. I called Heavens Best and they were able to come out right away! This is my second time using this company to clean the carpets in the rental home before exiting. I plan to use them for my own home that I just purchased. They are professional, reasonable, friendly and respectful. They carpets always looks clean and while if does take a few hours to completely dry, it is not soaking wet when done. I always love the fresh clean smell as well.

They were able to restore some very soiled carpet that I was afraid was too far gone and in need of replacement. They were also able to clean the grout and vinyl floor tiles that were very bad as well. I am very impressed with their work. I will be going to them for other services in the future.

I have recently purchased a house and I have very bad allergies to pets and seasonal allergies as well. So to mitigate the situation I always pay a professional to clean all of the carpets and vents in my home. Heaven's Best quoted my wife to do this work but there were quite a few stipulations and they ended up doing only the carpets. They quoted me for carpets and vents and 1 couch to be cleaned. They cleaned the carpets but, they don't move furniture to clean under anything, and they can't clean the flexible vents. My disappointment is real as if they had known enough to ask what vent type I had in my house I could have told them. Of course now I have to wait even longer to get done the services I need. They were really good! There were several spots on the white carpet that I was unable to remove with the rug doctor from Walmart, but when these guys were done the carpet looked like it was newely installed. I was very impressed and would recommend Heaven's Best to anybody!

Heavens Best is truly heavenly. My home looks and feels brand new. My carpets are spotless and those pet odors are no longer lingering, it smells fresh. This company is amazing!!! Steve and Cody showed up early, took their time and walked through the house to make sure what areas I wanted covered. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products. The were quick and efficient, very pleasant to have in the house.
