I had three mountains of laundry backed up. I brought them to pier at 8am in a rush. They helped me fill out the paperwork. By doing it for me so I could get to work. All three bags were laundered and folded by 3 pm. It was a huge help. Thanks guys.

Clothes not done in time, expressed the importance of having them done by a certain deadline, was told it wouldn't be a problem, and given a slip with a pickup time. Only half my order was finished, leaving me with nothing to wear, so I had to spend more time and money to be fit for new clothes, will never trust them again, and for the amount I was charged i'll definitely find another cleaner!!!

Well, I don’t think it’s very professional for a business to have a phone number listed on the website but when you call it says it’s a nonworking number so there’s no way to get a hold of this business very unprofessional

This was my first time using Pier Cleaners (just recently moved permanently to Westerly). Their thoroughness, courtesy and use of modern technology (online account, text and email updates on the status of my clothing in the cleaning process, etc.), was first-class and I’m happy to be a customer!

We were told that our service would be completed in 7 days, and it was ready much sooner than that. The customer service was wonderful. Our comforter was cleaned and returned in a reusable zippered plastic packaging. We are very pleased with Pier Cleaners and will definitely use them again.

The bad was when I arrived there computer was down and there was something spilled on the plastic outside of shirt. Shirt was fine but could be a little more professional. The woman that is working the front counter is unpleasant. She genuinely should not be working with the public if she is so terrified of the pandemic. We ALL need to be careful, of COURSE, I'm just as self aware as anyone with common sense but she is OVERLY fearful and rude about it.
