We had our sunroom installed in 2019. It was a job well done. Many friends and guests had commended their work. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful . They did an amazing job on our first all season room. The glass enclosure was on the second floor, and they added insulation under the wood deck floor, a ceiling fan on the below room and a weather resistant ceiling on the below room. We truly enjoy spending time in the all-season room, enjoying the view of floor to ceiling windows so much so that a couple years later we added a second all season room to the first floor below the first room. The second enclosure looks wonderful, blending the trim with the above room. We are also very pleased with their customer service! Mark responds quickly to any questions!

Beautiful job turning our screened porch into a 4 season room. Unfortunately, we are storing things waiting on another remodel project on the basement. I don't have pictures of how beautiful it is with fireplace and our furnishings.

I had a 3 seasons room installed by Betterliving Patio and Sunrooms. They were suppost to install the room in April but they were ahead of schedule and got my room done in February. They installed the room in a week and it's great. The installers were friendly and professional. I should have done this year's ago. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have had my screen porch for about 6 months now. They converted what I already had into an extension of my house. I checked with several companies for a quote and Betterliving had a price that was affordable and allowed me to customize. The installation took only 5 hours and they even came back a few months later to fix a couple of small issues. I have throughly enjoyed spring to fall on my porch as have my pets. It was well worth it and my neighbors have been impressed with my home improvements.

Working with Mark and his team on our Sunroom was a good experience. Mark communicated really well to us through the entire process. We really love our Sunroom.

The concrete contractor that poured the footers spilled quite a bit of slurry on the existing patio. When I brought it to the project managers attention, they came out and cleaned it up. There was a delay getting started due to the usual Covid and supply chain. The end result turned out to be a very nice quality awning. Everyone of the contractors involved did an outstanding job making sure I was satisfied with the project in the end.

Great product. Highest quality. It looks better on my deck than it did in the photos. Mark and David were professional and patient with me ```` the anxious customer. The installation took longer than I expected (just two weeks later)….. BUT well worth the wait. I highly recommend this product if you’re ready to greatly improve your “on deck” experience.

One of the deck posts had cracked and our 3 season included room was leaning making it impossible to close the windows. The crew replaced the post, realigned all the windows in about an hour. The windows operate like they are brand new.

Very happy with our new awning. All options were outlined clearly when we purchased and installation went well and was done with excellent quality.

Clarke Contractors are the utmost professionals. Each aspect of the sunroom construction, from initial sale to site prep to installation to resolving issues, was handled expertly and expediently. The various crews left the work site clean and bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. The sunroom itself is far superior to my original. I didn't know this type of quality product existed. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and staff and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately our vision of screening in our deck was outside of our price range, Mark offered great advice and an honest average price range over the phone to help us gather information. While we did not receive services from this company, I appreciated Mark thoroughly explaining the reasons for the cost as well as offering the information over the phone to save us both time.

As we progressed I had several detailed questions and concerns and they addressed all of them quickly. We elected to use flexible scheduling to give them the time they needed to do an excellent job. They handled all of the permits and inspections, the entire project went very smoothly. They demoed and removed our old patio and cover, prepared the site, poured a new slab with footer, installed a new cover that was a vast improvement over the original, and restored the site before closing out the project. Our new patio and cover is much brighter and cleaner than the original, and with its modern construction materials and design it is much cooler despite being in the full summer sun. Five stars!

The product is a quality product and the workers from Clarke Contractors were very nice and efficient. Once the supplies came in the carport was pretty much put up in a day. They also had to take our old carport down which they did quickly and cleaned up the mess and it was like we never even had a carport. My husband and I were very please with the results and the outside of our house looks awesome with the new carport attached.

Good overall experience. Communication was excellent, I asked a question, they answered it, even over the weekend at times. Plenty of before evaluation with various members of their company. Roy and his crew made short work of our enclosure and was sure he checked each moving part worked correctly, each gap was filled, and everything was clean before he said they were done. We had a drainage problem, (not their responsibility) and I contacted them about what happened and what I wanted to do. Got a call at 7:00 am (awake but not by my phone) and was told to hold off on my idea until Roy had a chance to look at it. This would be beyond what they would have to do, but they wanted us to have the best information on how to proceed with our situation. Great effort to see we were happy and satisfied.

From the time they first came to give us an estimate, to finishing the job, this company exhibited quality and care in materials, construction, and customer service. Mark Overmyer was at the job site almost every day checking on progress and making sure we were pleased, and Luke and Frank were very friendly and did a great job putting our room together. Better Living by Clarke went above and beyond to make sure our four season room was done right and we would highly recommend this company!

Just wanted to thank Mark for finding the screen door handles for our patio enclosure that Better Living built on our home in 1993. After 26 yrs of use a few of the handles broke & we decided to see if Better Living could find replacements & you did! We can’t thank you enough! We think you went above & beyond to find them!
