Update, Feb 17, 2026:I’ve been going to Constant Conditioning for over three years, and the improvements in my everyday mobility have been incredible. It has played a huge role in my recovery journey after a back injury from competitive paddling and has helped me avoid back surgery. Like anyone, I still have good days and bad days, and I’m always supported in modifying or scaling as needed. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care. They correct movements in the moment and explain the “why” behind them, which makes a big difference. Every workout is broken down clearly, whether you’re a beginner or a long-time member. No one is left behind, and everyone is treated with respect and support.At 62 years old, I honestly feel healthier and stronger than I did in my 40s and 50s. I’m so grateful for this community and highly recommend Constant Conditioning to anyone looking to improve their health, strength, and confidence.I have been going to CrossFit Constant Conditioning for a little over a year now and am amazed at the results! I have lost weight, toned up and am stronger.Erik and Melissa are caring coaches who pay careful attention to your goals and ensure your movements are correct. They are also great at scaling up or down work outs to maximize safety, see to it that you get the most out of your time and effort and will break down movements for any skill level.Erik and Melissa are invested in you, even outside of working out, and will do anything possible to help you reach your goals and hold you accountable.
