What I Will say is This Office/Staff supported me all the way to the end - They are there every step of the way. They are patient with you (even if you aren’t lol) they get the answers for you and they work with you. What more could you ask for! I felt like a case being solved. And soon to be a case closed! Terrible, the office puts profit before patients. The doctor will not call me to discuss an issue despite numerous requests. Had to pay for more work after the braces were removed and they dont take ownership rather blame my childs dental hygiene.The billing emails show different balances then what the office shows.Staff is uncaring.Would recommend another doctor.

If you’re looking for an orthodontist that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Whitehead Orthodontics enough.Monday morning around 7:45am, I got a call that they had a cancellation and asked if I could come in to get my braces removed… 2.5 months early. Of course, I dropped everything (coffee in hand ☕️) and headed straight there!From start to finish, their team has been professional, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They don’t just focus on results—they focus on the experience, and it shows.I couldn’t be happier with my smile. They gave me results that exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly grateful for the level of care they provided throughout the entire process.Highly recommend to anyone considering orthodontic treatment—you’ll be in great hands! 🦷💙

Dr. Whitehead treated me for few years leaving me with a severely problematic bite, worse than when I started, and misalignment. He removed my braces before treatment was complete and attempted to finish with his in house clear aligners, which made everything worse. When I made a review explaining this, he called me and asked to come back and fix it. He pushed me to do clear aligners again and even left my permanent retainer in while treating me with clear aligners. Never in my life have I seen leaving a permanent retainer in while moving teeth in the mouth (previous orthodontist assistant), and it was clear he just did not want to take it off and put a new one on later. He never listened to me about my bite in the back or front and my issues were obvious to other dental professionals and even nonprofessionals. He gaslit me and avoided taking responsibility for his lack of monitoring and maintaining during treatment. I’m still left with the same problems. I make sure to always recommend people to not come here when asked about a good orthodontist. He does not spend long enough chairside to identify and address issues. I have a right to make this review and protect my identity for fear of retaliation.

Since I been going the Whitehead Orthodontics I’ve experienced nothing but great service. Always being greeted as I enter the door with great customer service and all the workers are very polite. I would recommend to anyone and happy they were recommended to me 😊.
