What I Will say is This Office/Staff supported me all the way to the end - They are there every step of the way. They are patient with you (even if you aren’t lol) they get the answers for you and they work with you. What more could you ask for! I felt like a case being solved. And soon to be a case closed! So excited! I enjoyed this journey with you all :) thank you 🙏🏽

Terrible, the office puts profit before patients. The doctor will not call me to discuss an issue despite numerous requests. Had to pay for more work after the braces were removed and they dont take ownership rather blame my childs dental hygiene.The billing emails show different balances then what the office shows.Staff is uncaring.Would recommend another doctor.

If you’re looking for an orthodontist that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Whitehead Orthodontics enough.Monday morning around 7:45am, I got a call that they had a cancellation and asked if I could come in to get my braces removed… 2.5 months early. Of course, I dropped everything (coffee in hand ☕️) and headed straight there!From start to finish, their team has been professional, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They don’t just focus on results—they focus on the experience, and it shows.I couldn’t be happier with my smile. They gave me results that exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly grateful for the level of care they provided throughout the entire process.Highly recommend to anyone considering orthodontic treatment—you’ll be in great hands! 🦷💙
