Having had very little experience with the process of building inspections, Brett showed his expertise in being able to identify the issues professionally and then being able to break it down for me as to what the professional report means for me. We are currently building in VIC and hired Leading Building Inspections for our construction stage inspections. I cannot speak more highly of Peter who has been looking after us. He is extremely responsive and an awesome communicator who doesn't hesitate to pick the phone. His reports and supporting pics are detailed and always received a few hours after the inspection. He has picked up quite a few things in the inspections so far with one being a pretty major defect.
