Literally the best gym around! Every class is different but I always sweat and feel so accomplished after. The nutrition plus working out knowledge I have learned while being here has made me lose 42pounds and I can’t wait to keep going! The trainers are all nice and fantastic!

Staff is friendly, always open to adjusting workout to your needs, class sizes are manageable, everything about my experience was wonderful.

Been a member since March and I love it. The instructors are very encouraging and helpful and don’t “bark” at you like my former Boot Camp. Note to my former place … that is neither helpful nor enjoyable. E3 has been so supportive in helping me to reach my fitness goals and look forward to classes (and sad when I can’t make it some days due to work commitments). Thanks E3!! ❤️

I love E3! I have been going for over a year now. They keep you motivated when you start to fall off and see what you need help with. The exercises are always fun and different and definitely keep your heart rate up. They have helped keep me in track with my goals and I have lost 60 lbs by keeping up. It's an awesome gym!

I have been with E3 even before it was E3. They work with any difficulties you may have and help you to reach beyond even your own goals. Not only do the trainers help to motivate but so do the others working out, it becomes more of a family environment. And yes even with COVID they are maintaining distance and proper cleaning and protocols.

I have been a member of E3 for a year and have loved every bit of it! Working out and staying healthy isn't supposed to be easy but the amount of support I feel from the coaches and other members makes it enjoyable. 30 minute workouts throughout the day leaves no excuses. Workouts are customizable to fitness level, difficult enough to change your body, but not so intense that they are impossible. Large space with constant cleaning procedures. Build the muscle and be the change you want to see.

I started Bootcamp not knowing what to expect. I had lost weight on my own and had a lot of toning to do. E3 helped me just do that and lose additional pounds with all the inches. All of the trainers at E3 are phenomenal and encourage to you push yourself. I am stronger and healthier with the help of E3. If you’re looking for a gym family, this is it!

I just love the amazing staff at E3. The trainers are caring and motivational, and are always willing to work with you on modifications and suggestions. The people in the classes I attend are super fun and it's great to be able to do this with a group of like-minded people.
