I have never had lip filler before and was a little nervous. She explained the entire process to me before we started. I had minimal swelling and slight bruising after which is entirely normal but Heather prepared me prior and even supplied me with Arnica Oil to take home. Getting your finger pricked hurts more. She asked me numerous times about my pain or discomfort (which I never had) which made me even more confident she genuinely cared about my experience. I wish I took a before picture (Heather took both before and after photos) but this picture is 24 hours after. The entire space is super clean and beautifully decorated. Deanna is a true professional in this field. Very kind and attentive. My first indication that she was passionate about and good at her job was that she had me come in for a few test strokes (a couple brow scrapes/hairs) to make sure that they healed properly before doing my entire brows. I have some scarring issues within my family, and she wanted to see how my skin reacted to the process - she prioritized my health and satisfaction over making a profit, because she could have easily done my full brows and collected the money without doing the test. When it came time for the full application, she explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and informed the entire visit. She also was very thorough in ascertaining what exactly I wanted; it was important to me to have a natural look that matched the true shape of my existing (but fairly sparse) brows, and she delivered exactly that. The facility is very cute and clean - she had sterile instruments and wore gloves, and I was not in the least concerned with hygiene. She also sent me home with ointment and an after-care instruction sheet, and she remained accessible via text during and after the healing process to reassure me and answer any follow up questions. I’ll be back in a year for my touch up (the blading is supposed to last 1-3 years depending on your normal routine and your skin’s natural moisture). Highly recommend. Less

This woman is phenomenal, definition of a true boss woman..she takes her time to explain to you the entire process of microblading, what to expect and the after care of taking care of your brows. Highly recommend and will use many of her other services. She literally took my brows from practically hairless to amazing full brows 🥰😍
