Came in today with an urgency to fix a leaky cylinder on my machine, this place is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They went out of their way to get my cylinder fixed the same day. If you have a skid steer or anything hydraulic related this is the place you want. Thank you very much I'm super happy and will definitely come back.On 12/24/24 I brought couple of cylinder shafts with the old seals in place to identify and get pricing for new set of seals. Spoke with Vilma and she took the order wrote down what i needed and said if parts are not on side it would be thursday 26th. The day went by and no update from them. On Thursday 12/27 i called in the afternoon looking for an update and the person i spoke with said they would look into. Around 4:40pm i texted Vilma looking for anupdate and she replay that they just finished analyzing the shafts and seals and that the price would be $379+tax. Found that very expensive and she stated that she was charging me $75 per cylinder because she had to take them apart wich i had already brought them apart. On friday i stop by to pick up my parts and pay her for the so call taking a part time only to find out that they had put a pipe wrench on the heads and nut and made big craters when they should have used the correct tools since they called them self a hydraulic business.. Not professional guys!!!. I asked Vilma what had happened and she simply said Ohh thats they way it is because when we finish we polish everything. The fact of the matter is you have no right to destroy costumers part because youre not using the right tools and on top of that charge the costumer without let it know there will be a charge for removing a nut at the end of the chaft!!! Very disappointed with the way you guys handle this, very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior from Vilma Alonso.
