Every workout is different. People are fun. Friendly faces every time I workout. I am new to CrossFit, in fact, I didn't even really know what CrossFit was...the coaches get us outside our comfort zones...we've done some running, races, pickleball, etc....all I know was I have all the workout equipment at home, but I was not motivated to do it alone. Having a group environment made me go from lazy to motivated. You should try it, too! Every 2nd Saturday, you can invite a friend or family member to join in on the fun!
