When I walked into Kalqlate at the end of May 2024, I was desperate to find an answer to fighting genetics and weight gain from being middle aged. I met Andy and told him that I needed help. I’ll never forget how he responded, “Don’t we all?” Yes, we all need help to push ourselves to be our best and reach goals that we thought were too far out of reach.
