I’ve been a member of this CrossFit gym since they first opened, and I couldn’t recommend it more! The coaches are amazing, the community is so welcoming, and there’s always a great atmosphere that keeps me motivated. I’m so glad I found this gym and have loved being part of it from the beginning!

This is such an amazing community and is one of the best places for CrossFit. I am so new and the coaches walked me through everything with so much patience and I don’t have to worry about bad form because they’ll always come and correct it.

​I live in Stuart, but I make the drive to Palm City strictly for this gym and it’s worth every single mile. After searching for years, I finally found exactly what I was looking for.​The entire team. Denis, Sebastián, Dariela, Kerry, Buh, Anthony are absolute top tier professionals and incredible human beings. Because the group sizes are kept small, the classes feel genuinely personalized. The atmosphere is deeply rooted in community and feels like a real family.​If you haven't checked this place out yet, do yourself a favor and visit. I recommend it 100%!

This gym is amazing! The owners are awesome and very welcoming. All of the coaches are incredibly helpful and patient. The gym is always clean, and they even have a kids area, which is a huge plus! They offer a wide variety of workouts and class times, making it easy to find one that fits your schedule. Everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend this gym!

I took my first trial class yesterday. I’ve never done cross fit before and I was pretty nervous going in. The coaches are amazing they guide you through and give solid feedback. Very encouraging no judgement. I am sore as shit too but in a good way. I think I’m gonna join as a member 👀

My daughter has been attending kids CrossFit for a little over a year, and we’ve seen great improvements in her coordination, motor skills, confidence, and discipline. She also has asthma, and since starting, we’ve noticed a significant improvement in her breathing and overall symptoms. It’s also helped encourage healthy habits at an early age. What really stands out compared to other sports programs is how the coach holds the kids accountable and only gives credit when it’s truly earned. I really appreciate that there are no “participation trophies” here—it teaches real effort and growth in a positive way.

Great gym all around! Owners, coaches, members, everyone is wonderful! The coaches take the time to coach and build you up, no matter who you are or how long you’ve been doing it. Love how family friendly this gym is as well, my kids love the kids area.

Palm City CrossFit offers a variety of class times, including bootcamp sessions that provide just as great a workout. The members are friendly, and the coaches are excellent. It's a clean, well-maintained facility where everyone is treated with respect and appreciated. I highly recommend PC Athletic Club to anyone.

Great facility. The coaches are awesome and very informative, there is a wide range of equipment, and the crossfit classes are fun! They are now open 24/7 for members so you can come use the machines even if you miss the class. They have a traditional gym as well which is great for after hours workouts. They also have very nice saunas and a cold plunge available

I love the workout variety! Having the touch of repetitive strength/gymnastics training added is great. Such an encouraging enviroment, pushing you to grow both mentally and physically. What an awesome place to be apart of!

Dariela, Anthony, and the coaching staff made me feel welcome from the start. I would recommend Palm City Athletic Club to anyone looking to get in shape, make some friends, and enjoy fitness. Not to mention - the espresso coffee bar is fantastic!
