I had never done CrossFit before, but on my first day, I loved it because they pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes you feel stronger right away. The coaches guide you step-by-step until you master the movements, but its not just crossfit, they also do awesome bootcamps!,and I really appreciate how they make you feel like part of the community.

Awesome gym for personal training in a caring and encouraging environment. Great trainers who personalize the workouts. Lots of classes. Coffee bar and shop are a bonus. Come in and support this owner operated small business. Just say No to big box gyms!

Great gym and even a better environment. Great coaches that help you and guide you especially if you are new to CrossFit. Workouts always demand the most out of you but the coaches and the other people in class push you to succeed. Could not recommend it more

Palm City CrossFit has everything I need for a gym, recovery, and coffee all in one place! Saunas, cold plunge. Excellent coaching and personalized attention make it worth the cost. The vibe is supportive, and it's very accessible too.

I live in Stuart, but I make the drive to Palm City strictly for this gym and it’s worth every single mile. After searching for years, I finally found exactly what I was looking for.The entire team. Denis, Sebastián, Dariela, Kerry, Buh, Anthony are absolute top tier professionals and incredible human beings. Because the group sizes are kept small, the classes feel genuinely personalized. The atmosphere is deeply rooted in community and feels like a real family. If you haven't checked this place out yet, do yourself a favor and visit. I recommend it 100%!

I travel all over the United States and stop at CF gyms all over. This is a must for drop-ins and if I ever move back to this area it’s a hell of a community to be part of. I will be back.
