We are so grateful to Trusted Hearts - they are truly an excellent organization with exceptional staff. Having worked with other care agencies, we have enough experience to know and appreciate how much better Trusted Hearts has been to work with. Everything from the intake/onboarding process, to the ongoing communication, to the professionals who lovingly care for an elderly family member, despite all the significant challenges that come with caring for someone with dementia - their care been excellent. The staff we have worked with is caring, competent, proactive, reliable, and very trustworthy. One of our aides even showed up early for her shift the morning of a recent large snowstorm, despite roads being a mess and so many businesses closed, etc! Thank you so much for all the help and excellent care you have provided - we are so grateful.

My family and I were totally satisfied with both the service assessment process and outcome recommendations produced by both its professional staff and competent care providers. My aunt’s Care was delivered in the most loving and supportive manner. We were totally impressed by the care my 84 y.o. aunt received from Ms. Kristine, who blended in so well with our family and clearly enjoys what she does.Ms. Kristine was warm, pleasant and accommodating which helped since she was away from her own family during the holiday .
