My family and I were totally satisfied with both the service assessment process and outcome recommendations produced by both its professional staff and competent care providers. My aunt’s Care was delivered in the most loving and supportive manner. We were totally impressed by the care my 84 y.o. aunt received from Ms. Kristine, who blended in so well with our family and clearly enjoys what she does. Ms. Kristine was warm, pleasant and accommodating which helped since she was away from her own family during the holiday . As you know , working Christmas Day can be difficult. Trusted Hearts Homecare Solutions has provided care for my mother for more than 2 years. Her caregiver is compassionate and so attentive to my mother's needs and preferences. She is understanding of her Dementia journey and actively engages her in singing, dancing, conversations or any activity she likes.
