Not every photographer is able to effectively take fabulous pix of every type of property, and historic properties are often the most difficult to take pictures of. For instance there is a big difference between photographing gated golf course community type homes v. showing off the unique detailing and rich character of vintage historic District homes. Not every photographer properly understands specific nuances, angles, interiors, gardens, etc. Yes, there is prerequisite training, and knowledge needed for taking pictures but it's a talent, an art, that you cannot be "taught" how to have. THE EYE, the feel. Nothing worse than having to reshoot disappointing photos that do not showcase the property, i.e. pictures the Owner/Seller is unhappy with. I can’t say enough good things about Black Willow Media! I hired them to photograph my condo that I was getting ready to put on the market and the pictures, including the arial drone shots, were simply outstanding! Anderson took the time to make sure that each shot was perfect. He was very professional and I received the finished pictures the very next day. 5 stars is simply not enough to rate his services.
