Average Joe’s was my first CrossFit gym and to say I was scared to try it out is an understatement, but this place was absolutely amazing. Welcoming coaches and members, and they helped me tailor everything I needed to as a beginner while still pushing me to do my best. The coach’s won’t let you hurt yourself with bad form or habits, they’re great at stepping in when needed to make corrections and answer questions. Would recommend this place to anyone and will miss it terribly.

If you're looking for a gym in the area, look no further. I reached out for a drop-in while on vacation and the communication was seamless. You can tell right away that the coaches and the community really care about their members. It’s an awesome environmentI'll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I have had a great experience here since joining a few months ago. The coaches are great, the gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Average Joe’s if you’re looking for a gym!

My husband and I love this gym! We’ve been to a few CrossFit gyms from moving a lot, and this one has been one of the most welcoming ones we’ve ever been to! Great vibes all around from the coaches and members! :)

Cross Fit is weird, man. I never wanted to do it but the basic gym routine got boring.Coming from a traditional gym/sports workout background some of it can be intimidating and the movements are awkward but the folks at Avg Joe’s really make you feel welcome.The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable and help you progress but at a safe and comfortable pace.Cross Fit music needs more thrash metal in it and air bikes are the devil.

I LOVE this gym. They cater to where you are in your fitness journey. I had to stop for a bit due to medical issues not related to working out. I can’t wait till I can return. All the coaches are fantastic, I’m sure. But, I have only worked out with Kari and Justine. Also get lots of encouragement from everyone there. So looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

I really loved how I just moved here and the community aspect of the gym made me feel right at home. It was really important to me to find a gym where the community was strong and the workout plans were also important. While I’ve only been there a couple a months, I know I already found my CrossFit family here in Navarre. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to be part of fun CrossFit community!

I really enjoy training here. There is a good community of athletes at all levels. The programming is solid and the class times work with my busy schedule. I can show up and push hard, making gains on strength, cardio and specific skills.

Great place to workout! Very friendly and encouraging. I really enjoy the relaxed vibe of this gym. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to start working out and moving their body. Workouts are all able to be scaled to a movement that is challenging yet doable so you can get a great workout in. The coaches will work with you and take time to show how to move through different exercises to help you along your fitness journey.
