I have used Vaillancourt Plumbing in the past and have always been very satisfied with the service. I have never had a call back so they are very good at what they do. I called and they came the next day to replace my cracked toilet bowl with a whole new toilet. They took away the old toilet and left the area all clear and clean. We are seniors, so we were happy that we didn't have to lift a finger.

Vaillancourt only continues to impress. From talking to Patsy when I make my initial call to the work from their staff. I had damage to a pipe and as the repair started Trevor noticed a larger problem. I could not be more THANKFUL that he did!! What could have lead to a major problem was adverted. Trevor also recognized getting the work done on that day would be best for my elderly mom, the homeowner. Trevor along with Ryder quickly set to work resolving the issues and then some, in a timely manner keeping me apprised of the work as they went along. Thank you Trevor and Ryder, crisis avoided! After discovering a leak in my main water shut-off valve, I contacted Vaillancourt Plumbing, and the service was exceptional from the start.The office staff were professional and handled all coordination, including arranging for Durham Region Works to shut off the water, making the process completely stress-free.On repair day, Trevor arrived on time, worked efficiently with the Region crew, and completed the job so quickly they didn’t need to return—he simply notified them when it was done, and they restored the water saving me a return charge by Durham Region works department.The entire repair took about an hour. I was very impressed with Trevor’s professionalism and the team’s coordination. I had two leaking taps (pipes) one on the front of the house and one at the back. After calling, the plumber was there within hours and put in two new taps. Both have worked fine and I would have no Qualms about using them again. The plumber and the service people were kind and efficient.
