Chef was nice but just going through the motions. Scallops were undercooked and the chicken, steak and shrimp over cooked!! Everything under seasoned and covered in oil!! Fried rice was ok, again under seasoned.Not likely to return!!

Had a great time at this place eating with some family & celebrating a birthday. The food was great, the service was fun (as hibachi commonly is), and the atmosphere was pretty cool. The restaurant is a little old and could definitely use some updating but overall it was a great time.

We recently moved from the East Coast and were excited to find a local hibachi restaurant to try. I called in a takeout order for two hibachi dinners, and we spent over $120.When my husband went to pick up the order, he simply asked if they had yum yum sauce. The young woman at the front desk responded, “We’re not Benihana.” He was surprised by the comment. We’ve actually never even eaten at Benihana, but after that interaction, I’d honestly choose them over this place any day.As for the food, the service had already left a bad first impression, and unfortunately the meal didn’t make up for it. The fried rice was bland and the noodles weren’t very good, but I will say the filet was actually cooked well and tasted good.Overall, between the rude customer service and the mediocre food, this wasn’t a place we’ll be returning to.

The food and sauces, I’m going to be very honest with you, are not good especially for the price. :/ and it really pains me to say that because the vibes are quite fun. I got the steak and tbh it tasted like it was steamed, with no seasoning. It would be great to have some salt and pepper table side, or maybe some hot sauce that isn’t so gingery.They make up for it with the banana tempura ice cream that they have which was phenomenal, alongside the whole experience of the chef cooking and cracking jokes, which is quite refreshing if you haven’t ever gone before (this was my first time).Lastly, I just wish the server was around more because there was some things that we needed and he came towards the end of our meal to check on us which was like…ok whatever. Not the best service tbh.Another pro: Drink re-fills.Great time if you go with family! :-)

I've been going here since I was about 5 years old but haven't made it back there in about 8 years and finally made it back today and it was just as good as I remember if not better, all the cooks and servers are fantastic and it's a great place to eat and enjoy watching the food get cooked!
