A big shout out to Dean and his crew! Our hot water tank packed it in on a Sunday and I was referred to Dean and Crescent Park Plumbing through my regular plumber who was too busy to replace it in a timely manner.I contacted Dean by phone on Wednesday and he answered immediately. He also responded to every text just as quickly. Not only was he able to squeeze us in the very next day, but he also had his crew pickup our pre-purchased HW tank at our local Rona, and had his crew show up at precisely the time he said they would. The installers drained and disposed of the old tank, worked late, but got the job done and even reinstalled the closet door for me.Top drawer! They went above and beyond! Had a hot water tank come to end of life , called Dean at 9:30 am sent him some picks , had a quote immediately, gave him the go ahead and had a new running Hot water tank installed by 12:30 same day. As a Red Seal plumber myself, I don’t hand out recommendations lightly.I couldn’t change my partner’s supply stops myself. Her condo has no individual shutoffs for the suite, so the riser had to be drained, and the strata required outside insurance for that. None of my industry contacts could commit to a date. Dean was the most honest and communicative of everyone I reached out to. Punctual, clear, and completely transparent about the work, which I could verify given my background. We recently hired Crescent Park Plumbing to install 4 new toilets and do other small plumbing repairs around our house. Dean and his colleague arrived promptly on each occasion and did a wonderful job. Dean is very energetic and personable. While he was in our house, we asked him to do one or two other projects at the last minute, which he happily did. He even had the necessary spare parts in his van. I am now in my late 70s and I have never had better Plumbing service in my memory. I highly recommend Dean in his crew.

Not hard to see why they have a perfect rating after doing business with them. The only one to answer the phone on a Sunday and I felt reassured immediately. Had a great experience with Crescent Park Plumbing. We had an issue with the water tank only producing cold water, we called them and they picked up right away, showed up the same day and had hot water coming out the faucets in a couple of hours. Great customer service, and friendly technicians who know what they are doing. Reasonable prices to boot. Highly recommend!
