My wife and I have trained with both Sid and Jeremiah, and both are excellent. Very personal and professional. We train for 30 mins and each pushes us to our limit even in that short time period. SId haves us nutritional advice and is very knowledgeable about supplements, diets, foods, etc. Love this place!
