Nikko not only teaches CrossFit but does it himself, on top of that I feel like I'm in trusted hands because he's genuinely passionate about the sport and undertook high education around sports science. The gym has a no judgment, no ego atmosphere, and it feels like the owner/coaches genuinely care about providing a service rather than just making a sale and going through a workout. It's refreshing to find a place in the UK that doesn't pressure you to join and makes unsubstantial promises that they know they can't deliver. As well as looking my best I am performing at my best too. As soon as I could afford it and my passes expired I joined as a full member Nikko and Jules are incredible coaches and go out of their way to ensure everyone they coach develops, whether you brand new or you been hooked on CrossFit since the days of Froning and Fraser. The fellow CrossFitters at the box ade some of the loveliest and most support bunch out there, always looking out for one another and helping each other get better. A prime example would be thr Open yesterday. Without them and the coaches, no way I would have done the weight I did for as many reps as I did. Very grateful. What is offered here is so unique, stuff I haven't seen elsewhere, all that helps those who go here. Small classes, Level Method, PT sessions and more, all make the experience more personal. You are able to easily see your strengths and weakness, improving on the latter with support in class and beyond if you want. This feels much better than feeling like you are either a Beginner or Pro, RX or Scaler, here you are your own athlete, who will crush some elements and be crushed by others until you find a way manage them all... Well hopefully, keep ya posted when that happens, still working on those high weight exercises.
