Our two boys attend A3 and heard about their summer program. They both insisted on attending the program. Each week was a new sport they learned. Our boys had an absolute blast! My son has been going to the A3 Rookie program off and on since June 2022. I've noticed a lot of improvement in his running form and overall performance since he started. They do a great job of engaging the kids and trying to make sure they have fun while getting better in each session. Would recommend the program to anyone looking to get their kids started in training and fitness programs.

These guys know what they are doing. When I started my legs hurt just walking to my car. Now I can hold my own on the tennis court with folks 30 years younger than I am. The A3 staff mix it up so the workouts are never boring while still getting a complete workout.

TJ enjoys going to A3 as the coaches work well with kids his ages ( as well as younger) and when I ask him if he can tell in his basketball practices if the training is helping, he says he can notice the difference in his jumping ability and speed. Such a great facility with a positive mission to elevate young athletes! 4 of my kids have benefited from the training of A3 coaches. So glad we found this place where kids can come to refine technique, practice new techniques, build physical and mental endurance, and learn outcomes are directly proportional to effort input! My kids just finished up a summer camp session and they had so much fun! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the facility is incredible. My kids learned some things also! They were telling me about hydration if you work out and how to set goals that are attainable. Pretty impressed!

My son did the track and field camp at A3 this week and had a fantastic time! He loves to run and we had been looking for a place he could learn more about track and field outside of school. My kids just finished a summer camp at A3. Prior to the camp, they spent the last school year participating in a homeschool PE class twice a week. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the program they run. My kids worked HARD at every class and walked out with smiles on their faces. They loved every second there and every coach who they came in contact with. I highly recommend A3!!

My son had a wonderful experience in the Fun and Games camp. The coaches and staff seem to genuinely care about the participants' success. I saw a little pep in my son's step and a boost in confidence the first day I picked him up. He will be returning for A3s weekly, Rookie Program.

Aj needs a raise

I recently had knee surgery . Went through the conventional rehab . Did not like my progression . Spent a month with Ryan , back to doing normal active activities . It was amazing . Switch to Martin for some personal training . I was pretty skeptical at first thinking I didn’t need the help . Man was I wrong !!! Do not regret it one bit . Still going and plan on continuing

Helping me through injuries, allowing me to raise my daughter in the gym. This place now holds a special place in my heart. Vision training, hand eye coordination, core strength, stability, speed, proper running and jumping mechanics. Using his knowledge of neuroscience to help range of motion and reduce pain. Offering meals, supplements and even recovery with cryotherapy and compression boots, there isn’t a place in town that offers everything a professional athlete needs, except for @a3bakersfield. I won’t go anywhere else. So if you’re in Bakersfield and you’re an athlete or want to train like one, go see my friends. They even offer scholarships to young athletes that might not be able to afford training, so don’t be discouraged. Get over there and check it out, tell them I sent you. A3 is a phenomenal place to work out - for athletes and people just wanting to be active and healthy. Every workout is different, the facility is clean, and the environment and staff are motivating. I also love that they give back to the community with their non-profit! It's so much more than a gym. I highly recommend A3!

This is the place to be if you want to not only physically fit, but also mentally fit. Definitely, a place for any person of any age to flourish into the best version of themselves.

Everything starts on the dot, everyone is really nice, and they always are very clear on what we do and how to do it. It really feels like a second home and it makes me want to keep going as much as possible

A3 is amazing in every aspect, the knowledge base the staff has is incredible. It's a place for everyone from professional athletes to even someone like me who just had a baby! I highly recommend this place.

I enjoy bringing my daughters here to workout with “Team Wellness” for Special Olympics. A3 always has bumping music on (I like old school lol) its always clean and the staff always welcomes you and always keeping busy and working out with young and old....

I dropped in to A3 to find out more information. Tyler was very helpful and approachable. The rates are good, facility is really nice, and I’m sure A3 could take any person to the next level of his or her fitness goals!

I recently started my 13yo son here. He plays football and baseball and needs guidance on his workouts and nutrition. I would run past their new building on my daily runs, and finally remembered to check it out online. So glad I did. My son enjoys the classes and I'm pleased with what he's learning about muscle use, nutrition, and leadership. He wants to go everyday!

I went from Flabs to Abs! Great training environment with coaches way ahead of the game. They call themselves A3 but deliver an A1 experiance.
