Customer service here is solid. Timelines are met, but cost is high for missed Detail work. Common areas like door jams, top of my jeep with bird poo spots, under the hood when applying wax etc (can see extra wax in the engine bay), sand on carpet, which I know is hard to get 100%, but I have seen it done at prices you are asking. Again, still solid work but price is not matching with expectations.Will I come back? Absolutely, because you guys keep your word in guaranteeing customer satisfaction which right now is a rare quality businesses have nowadays.I want to give a 5 star but I want to see this place get better when delivering a car back.Recommendations;Spend more time with a car and cutbacks to workload.Have checklists on your T.V. showing what the customer paid for and a review with customer of expectations.Thank you guys for busting your buttand I hope too see you guys in 5 years!

After 21 years and counting in the military at the executive officer level, I've been a lot of places. One thing I've learned is that a lot of people are not honorable - they only have allegiance to the almighty dollar. I was promised by Wyatt and his boss that Pristine Auto Detailing would address a defect on my Tesla (that I've only owned for 5 months at the time) that one of their employees caused, but after a few exchanges, I stopped hearing from them. This all comes after I promised Wyatt that I would show up. Life is unfortunate at times, but it's certain people that make it that way.

Got a quote to cermic coat my carbon hood & they were very nice and acomodating but they must have used the shittiest cermic coat because I have way worse, bigger and more visible water spots on my hood than before, & after all this rain even after I keep washing it the big water spots stayed. Alittle disappointing because I loved how the hood looked when I first picked it up & was working great until it wasn't and left the absolute worse looking water spots I have seen before all crusty and salty looked like. & I washed it immediately after I noticed and still stayed.

Car was done professionally. Both times took much longer than expected. Was told they could remove water spots with chemical treatment and they are still present. I would not have agreed for the ceramic coating if I new they would seal in the water spots.

Everybody should clean there car once a year and get rid.of all.the. juices and. What not stuck in it this place would.win the clean award. My car was beyond save able but they cleaned it. Just the. Smell. Still.there but who.would.know lol

Amazing customer service and cleaning. They were so attentive and took my car even when having generator issues at the shop. Could have easily canceled but they still got the job done and did it above and beyond expectations. My car is clean, shining, and ready for PCS shipping. Dropped off my Audi for a PCS Shipment detail to ship to the mainland. Car came out looking great, passed inspection with no questions asked two days later and even got compliments by the inspectors. Highly reccomend.
