The adult class is three days a week, and I've never had any problem with communication, flexability or feeling uncomfortable. I highly recommend this business for adults, youth, any skill level. He truly loves kids, he is inspired with what he does and introduces Martial Arts to his students with an amazing attitude and involvement. We live super close by and my son always admired this place in his stroller every time we walked by! Fast forward a few years and he is now proudly attending Greg’s classes. Needless to say, he is loving it! Greg is very friendly yet disciplined, teaching kids not just martial arts but independence and manners. He also knows how to push them without intimidating them. My daughter has been taking classes at USSD Burlingame since 2009. It has been a fantastic experience and we couldn't ask for a more supportive environment. The instructors are great and the classes are challenging.

My son Jackson has been trained at USSD for over 3 years, my sister's kids are in USSD in SoCal. I love the system in general. The sportsmanship and character building in the program far surpass other sports like little league and soccer. Mr. Greg is a gifted teacher and role model.

The instructors and students are amazing at United Studios of Self Defense Burlingame! They know how to mix discipline and skill while still having fun! I have found inner balance and now physically fit by learning martial arts. I highly recommend it for those wanting to learn self defense and awareness.

This is a nice little studio with a loyal set of kids and parents who form a tightknit community. Feels a lot less commercial than other studios in the area.
