Above & Beyond expectations! Customer service could be their middle name. I arranged delivery of a pod - and got a text when there were near. The unit was dropped off exactly as I asked. The process was easy.I ended up being one of those customers whose plans kept changing. And not once was I made to feel i was being a bother. That is rare! Once we were close to knowing when we wanted the unit picked up and moved to a new location all I needed was give them a call and it was arrange. And then when we decided over the weekend we wanted to switch the move from Monday to Tuesday that was no problem. And then when we wanted the final pick up day changed, that also was no problem.

Connor just made my storage unit delivery. It was very easy and super convenient. Sweet remote controlled cart moves the storage unit precisely into place. Everyone I've talked to and dealt with are very friendly and accommodating.

Units has been an amazing option for us!! They dropped off the unit at our house, we moved everything into it and then Connor (he was punctual, kind and professional) from units came and picked it up and brought it to the next destination where we will rent it until our house is built. No need to move things twice, so convenient and very reasonable prices! This is a local company and we like to support local businesses.

I’m glad I turned to UNITS for my moving & storage needs. Instead of using separate services. How convenient it was to place all of my stuff in a storage pod that was delivered to my previous home. Then when the house sold I had the pod picked up and stored at UNITS. While I shopped for new homes and living everyday life. Luckily, I found & purchased my next home, and had the pod delivered to my new home location, which was so very convenient, where I was able to successfully move my stuff into my new home, then called and had the pod picked up. They came when it was scheduled, I had a few schedule changes and UNITS was very flexible. I recommend UNITS, it’s definitely worth the money. You’re paying for friendly service & convenience!!!

UNITS was a great solution for the 6 months I needed storage—good month-to-month price, which was the same whether the UNIT was in the driveway or their warehouse. It was amazing to watch the driver deliver and pick it up with such precision with that remote controlled cart! The unit was clean, the lock secure. It was a great experience!

Getting a UNITS container made our move process more efficient. It was easy to coordinate a drop off and pickup after we loaded it. Having the straps they rebt worked really well. After the container was delivered when we needed it, nothing had moved inside. Zero damage! Would yse UNITS again.
