I have a couple issues. First, Magic City Auto Glass apparently contracts out their work to other businesses. The company that came to replace my windshield was Bama Auto Glass, not Magic City Auto Glass. This was very misleading. Why the deception? Secondly, the way the replacement windshield was performed, did not replace the molding around the windshield to the appearance of the original seal.(See photo where side molding of windshield is obviously cut in the circle and does not match the upper molding). When I contacted Magic City Auto Glass, they said that the replacement was standard for the vehicle. It certainly appears different from the original. I cannot speak to whether it makes more highway noise or leaks yet, but I concerns. Just know that their "standard" may be different than the original appearance and performance. The price was as listed and they were quick and on time.Addendum: It has been a year. I have not experienced leaks or increased noise. I am editing the review by adding a star.

I highly recommend this location for windshield repairs. A rock flew up from a trailer I was driving behind and left a quarter-sized chip in my windshield. Within 30 minutes, it had started spreading into a crack.Kevin arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained the repair process, including its benefits and limitations. He got straight to work, and in about 45 minutes the repair was complete. While I’ll eventually need a new windshield, Kevin’s excellent work helped prevent the damage from worsening and bought me a few more months.Thanks to Kevin for the great service—I’d highly recommend him!

When my boyfriend's windshield got cracked, I knew we shouldn't file a claim through insurance. I got some quotes and Magic City Glass came back the lowest in general, AND offered a discount for online booking. It took a while for me to decide on a date to schedule the repair. Once I was ready, the scheduling was super easy. The owner/manager texted me and put me in touch with his technician, Kevin. Kevin did a great job communicating with me, was kind and professional, and very efficient on the job. My personal vehicle has had two small cracks in it, but I've put it off for too long. The priority was getting my boyfriend's fixed because he drives a lot for rideshare companies and works at a country club - so I wanted to make sure he was still riding around in style. When Kevin told me he was finished, I came downstairs to pay him, and he had fixed ALL THREE cracks! The one in my boyfriend's car and the two in mine. I told him that was such a blessing to be relived of the mental and financial load of scheduling another appointment. I will always support a local business because of this kind of service.

Highly recommend!!! Responded quick! Called on Friday and new windshield on Monday. Also came to the house to install. Price was great (beat everyone else’s price)!!
