I liked the gym but after moving out of state they did not cancel my membership stating one of THEIR employees lost the paper, I have emailed them repeatedly- no reply, and when I get a hold of them they say they are “working” on it. I am the instructor for the new Zumba class and everyone was wonderful! The ladies came out ant we got it in! It's only 45 minutes and the ladies worked hard I was dripping sweat!! In January 2015 I started back in the gym after more than a decade of not lifting (avid cyclist during this time). My goals were to gain back some muscle mass and get stronger all around; not looking to get too big because I still like to ride the bike up the hills and I just don't have the frame for it. At the end of January I started to get some minor, nagging injuries. I figured they were probably just from being old and out of shape, but I got in on a killer deal the gym had for trainer sessions to have someone work with me to make sure I wasn't having any major form breaks that could be contributing to my injuries. Enter Mr. Bobby Covino. Over the course of six trainer sessions, Bobby helped me add exercises to my routine and gain confidence in my lifts. He thoroughly demonstrated each movement for me and then watched as I performed them to ensure that I was doing them correctly. His communication and encouragement were excellent and motivated me to work hard and smart every time I go to the gym. Overall my expectations were far exceeded. I highly recommend Bobby if you are looking for someone to help you make gains in the gym. I will definitely be using him again in the near future. Less

I was working with the personel trainer Bobby and I have to said he was excellent. If you want results you should get together with Bobby. He is very knowledgeable and his passion for lifting is amazing! Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because of the small closet in the locker room.

Dave has been an excellent trainer so far! I really enjoy my workouts with him! Great machines, and even at peak times, there are plenty of treadmills and bikes to use.

Golds Gym's amazing staff provides such personal attention, and are so welcoming, fun!, and motivating. It's a great community to be a part of!

The exercise area is nice and workable. The people are nice. Even though I was assured wi-fi would work throughout the exercise area, the service only works well in same areas and very weak or non-working in others. This makes it difficult for me to catch up on reading/email while there. Hence, I cannot exercise as much as I want.

Great equipment and outstanding staff who are very personable. The only drawback is the Tues. & Sat. Zumba classes typically start late due to other classes running over. It is rare to get a full hour if zumba. The instructor is fantastic and always cheerful.
