Klooster Family Dentistry is the best! I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have consistently received excellent care from dentists and assistants. Dr Meckler is the best! The office staff is great and I can always get an appointment within a reasonable time if I need to get in between check ups.

I usually go to Klooster in Holly Springs, but I had to go to the Raleigh office to see an Endodontist for my procedure today, so I had an appointment with Dr.Meckler. I was SUPER NERVOUS as I had a necrotic tooth due to trauma in the very front of my mouth. To prevent further problems and in order to whiten it back to the color of the rest of my teeth, I needed a root canal. The staff greeted me as I walked in and brought me back. Dr. Meckler came in, introduced himself and started talking to me about the plan to fix this tooth. I told him I was nervous and he asked about my previous dental experiences, talked to me about the medications they'd be using to numb me, the procedure itself, etc. It helped so much! When he started with the numbing after a topical, I must have still be subconsciously nervous, and he said "Don't hold your breath, just brearhe" and instantly I did and was able to relax. That sounds silly but it truly helped. The procedure went well and was as comfortable as I could possibly hope for. He also made a great analogy for me that is so helpful in changing your mindset too - he said when you break your arm, it's the break that hurts, not the cast. The cast is what stops the pain and cures the break. That's what this root canal was for me, it is like the cast. I highly recommend Dr. Meckler! Less

The staff is awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist. They take their time to listen to the patients needs and concerns. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed for all my dental work. I love Klooster Family Dentistry. Dr. Carolyn Jones makes me feel at ease with all of my dental procedures. As a military spouse, I've had my fair share of dentists over the years; but hands down, this is my favorite dentist.

The Klooster team is phenomenal!! I absolutely love them. They are great with kids and adults. Truly could not be happier!

Since starting here in 2013, they have improved their technology over time. I love how it's not just new gadgets but they really use it to give me a more thorough and accurate treatment. Regular cleanings are fantastic, shout out to Lindsey. I've also had a crown here, they've prepared my kids for braces, and custom nightguards for my wife. All of it was seamless... and painless if you are worried about that. One of my favorite things is that I am very unfamiliar with their waiting room, 5-10 minutes max. My family has been going to Klooster Family Dentistry for the last 2 years. They have done dental cleanings, crown replacements, and one emergency appointment due to a toddler knocking her tooth out. They have always been very kind, professional, and accommodating to our whole family and their diverse needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meckler for 15 years. I avoided the dentist before him and now I looked forward to my appointments. I have seen him for cleanings, cavities, root canals and Invisalign. I tell all of my friends that ask for a dentist recommendation to go see Dr. Meckler. Dr. Meckler and his assistant Christy make going to the dentist enjoyable.

The first dentist in my lifetime (42 years and counting) that I can say I look forward to seeing. Dr. Glover and his staff are as gentle as they are knowledgeable. My wife and I didn't hesitate to follow him when he moved from Raleigh to Chapel Hill which is in the total opposite direction from us in Garner, and we'd follow him again if were to go even farther... he's that good!

I was not happy with my prior dentist so I changed to Klooster family dentistry. Their office staff is very helpful, my hygienist was amazing, thorough and gentle, and the dentist actually spent time with me (which was one of my biggest complaints about the prior practice I had been to). The facility was clean and modern. I would 100% recommend them!

Best dentist office I have ever been to…. And there has been a lot. Cleanings are great. Dr. Jones is awesome and does incredible work. Went in with toothache and was seen immediately! Prices are reasonable and they always give estimates. Many time the bill is less than estimated. Highly recommended!

My first experience with Klooster Family Dentistry was phenomenal! Dr. Meckler reassured me about many things and his hygienist was so kind and nonjudgmental during my cleaning. When I went back several weeks later for tooth pain, they were both gentle and explanative - I was feeling better in no time. Steer clear of this place! If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I had a crown done by this practice less than 2 years ago and I have had nothing but issues and pain since. I explained these issues to them and showed them the general area of concern. Me, knowing nothing about dentistry, thought it may have been another tooth (I now know the pain was radiating from the poorly crowned tooth done by Klooster). The Doctor's decided to shave down said tooth without doing any tests to decipher where the pain was originating from, essentially, they were shaving down a perfectly good tooth. During my last visit with this practice, I explained again that I was having pain and they simply said they weren't going to do anything more or shave down any other teeth, and that a root canal was probably next. I decided to go to another dentist because I knew it was not normal to experience this amount of pain and I had to do something about it. My new dentist took the time to see exactly where the pain was originating from. The poorly crowned tooth sat too high causing my bite to be off. I was simply biting down on that tooth only... of course I'm having pain! He did what he could to relieve the issues but fast forward to today, my LESS THAN 2 YEAR OLD crown has fallen off. I understand crowns don't last forever, but this shouldn't happen so soon! I now must have the tooth redone and a new crown placed because of the poor job that Klooster did... and crowns aren't inexpensive! It is also out of pocket because it’s less than 2 years old. My insurance will only work with me if I return to this practice but I refuse to ever return here. The practice is horrible, negligent, and a joke! All they want is your $. Don't be fooled by the high ratings! Go somewhere else and save your teeth! I regret ever trusting this practice and I hope this review saves someone else from poor dentistry work. Less

From the moment you walk in, the office is clean and modern with a very friendly front desk staff. Jessica did my cleaning and was absolutely a wonderful! She was informative, patient, and my teeth felt so clean when we were done with no discomfort in the process. Dr. Meckler was personable and professional. 5 stars all the way!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Extremely courteous and professional staff. The dentist who worked on my teeth was kind enough to check in with me later that evening as well (not at all required). Safe to say this office goes above and beyond.

Jessica was so gentle yet thorough. She cleaned my teeth to perfection without a twinge of pain. Dr. Brian was fun and easy to talk to.
