I’ve now had 4 cars ppf’d at Automotive Elegance. It would have been 5 but they dissuaded me from ppf’ing that one. They take ultra good care of your car and the work is top notch. They are priced well and Kevin/Ashley are super responsive and attentive to your questions and concerns. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend!!

This is a second time I came to Automotive Elegance for PPF.The first time it was in 2023 when I bought brand new 2023 Honda Pilot. Kevin and his Team did Phenomenal Job. Simply outstanding.I was hesitant to put PPF in the time of picking up my Honda from dealer ship but after trip to Canada I got few chips on paint and my procrastination disappear momentarily. I just imagined to myself how it will look after winter when salt and sand will hit front of vehicle. and after two winters my car looks like brand new.Two weeks ago, I picked up my 2025 Highlander from the dealer who offer to me to put PPF. But I only trust one place, and this isAUTOMOTIVE ELEGANCE. This has been a long awaited review but I wanted to give it some time seeing how everything held up as a first time new car owner and first time customer in PPF and ceramic coating. Fair warning this will be a long review but I want to give my brutally honest review on AE.On April 2025, I purchased my first brand new car, a 2025 Subaru BRZ tS finished in World Rally Blue. It is not the flashiest car on the road but as a car enthusiast, it’s a drivers car. It is also my daily driver and I wanted to keep it close to pristine condition given my OCD. I spoke with Kevin a lot before taking delivery of my BRZ and asked a ton of questions regarding paint protection film and ceramic coating as I’ve heard a lot of great things about it. Living in New England (especially around the outskirts of Boston), the elements around the road are abysmal and so many cars are prone to rock chips especially around the construction area and behind dump trucks. I enjoyed speaking with Kevin about the services, the XPEL line up of products, the process, and a bit of science behind PPF and CC given his Engineering background. I immediately was sold on it and had full confidence they would transform the look of my car.AE has a great towing service and they were able to take my car in from Patriot Subaru in North Attleboro to Andover. I didn’t want to risk debris and rock chips on the road on fresh new paint. They immediately got to work and gave it the works: XPEL’s Platinum Plus PPF package (full front and rocker panels) along with a few other pieces, XPEL FUSION Premium CC, and XPEL PRIME XR window tint at the MA state legal limit. I never knew how much work is involved with detailing cars but I’ve come to appreciate it and the level of attention the team put in.I was in full amazement after seeing my car for the first time and it looked better than new! The team did an excellent job with the paint correction, application of the PPF and the CC which gave it an incredible shine. There are a lot of benefits to ceramic coating that I can’t explain in one paragraph but it’s worth the purchase. Washing the car makes it effortless as well as driving through the rain without needing your wipers as much. Its durable hydrophobic AND oleophobic properties keeps your car’s paint protected from UV rays, tree sap, bird droppings and other environmental damages which is simply outstanding.My only one critique which is extremely minor is the PPF application on the side rock panels which had air bubbles after a week. However, once I sent the pictures to Kevin, they took care of it and immediately replaced the PPF and hand washed the car! The XPEL warranty is something that provides the best peace of mind and after 3.5 months, the PPF and ceramic coating has been holding up strong and beautiful. It even was able to protect the BRZ’s front hood after hitting nasty rock chips on a construction zone that would’ve been a disaster if it weren’t protected!To wrap up my review, I’m really impressed with the team’s expertise and customer service. I’ve gone into a new car hobby phase of detailing and the guys never disappoint when I have questions about about what specific products to use, how to use it, when to wash my car, etc. I’ve never gone deep into detailing cars as my prior car was an old Accord I never really washed. It’s fun doing a weekend car wash as a way of therapy and I’m glad to have bought a collection of detailing products thanks to the team’s recommendations. If I’m ever doing a hand wash and I’m questioning what to do, Kevin is a phone call away and he sends me all the answers I need!Final conclusion, if you’re looking for a PPF/CC/Ceramic Tint service, do it with AE! This is probably one of my best car “modification” purchases and I’m glad to have been an AE customer and part of the journey. I intend to keep the BRZ for a long time and with AE’s lifetime warranty and S tier work, I’ll be sure to make a visit again for any detailing or warranty work.Thanks again, AE Team!! :)

I have used Automotive 6 times now. I have been extremely happy every time.They do a fantastic job and I have never had to return. For any kind of fix. I once had an issue where the paint was peeling from my car due to the paint, not the ppf. The auto company would only reimburse me the same money I had paid for the xpel years prior. As we all know, prices increase. Without hesitation Kevin said he would reinstall the x pel for the cost that the auto company gave me.As far as I'm concerned, Automotive Elegance is the only place to go and Kevin is the goto guy. He will treat you like a VIP everytime

The finish is flawless, and even the smallest details like the alignment around the edges and mirrors were well-executed.
