Without ever badmouthing the original installation, Kevin walked me through what he saw was done wrong and what his team could do to fix it. Kevin then scheduled my car in for the re-do at my convenience, this time (after careful removal of the original film) with a light paint correction, the installation of XPEL PPF and a ceramic coating. Kevin kept me informed at every step of the way;. I think I contacted them on a Thursday, they had my car started on Monday, and ready to go by the next Thursday. The car looks fantastic, and neither the PPF nor the ceramic affected the color of the car. (If anything it enhanced the gloss / shine). It is essentially impossible to notice the PPF covered panels vs. the uncoated ones. The ceramic also adds a wonderful level of gloss, and I am excited to see how it holds up over time. Adding a piece of mind is the warranty that came with both products and more importantly, the commitment to customer service that the team at AE clearly has. They plan to bring me back in a month to make sure all the work is holding up as intended, and made it clear if I ever had any issues to given them a call. Once again, Kevin went above and beyond in finding a dealer that had the paint we needed, and got it in one day! They were able to proceed with the job, which turned out spectacular. Road debris I couldn't really avoid hit the front lip of my car and pretty much disintegrated a front piece of my XPEL wrap that I bought down in Texas. Emailed Kevin w/ Automotive Elegance the damage and in about a week he got it repaired for $100 less than what I was quoted from another XPEL wrap installer in an hour. Great shop, can't recommend them enough.

AE is an awesome business, had xpel installed on my C7 Z06, got most of the car covered. Kevin Patel was great to deal with, very detailed and informative. The gentleman driving the truck handled my car with the utmost care. He loaded my car onto a tilting flatbed carrier with an articulating enclosure. By the time he was ready to leave, my car was fully protected. Jamie alerted me within minutes of the haulers arrival at my house and again when it arrived at AE in Andover. Jamie gave me daily updates while the car was being serviced. They thoroughly cleaned the exterior, performed a paint correction, applied a self healing, clear bra, and protective accent film on the rear fenders and then ceramic coated the entire vehicle. When I arrived at their shop 4 days later, I couldn't believe my eyes. My brand new Porsche, which looked beautiful when they first picked it up, had been transformed into something truly extraordinary. The paint appears much richer and the gloss is so shiny and perfect, you could shave in the reflection. I have already put 400 miles on the car since picking it up. Bugs, tar, dirt, bird droppings, etc. no longer stand a chance. I used to spend hours washing and waxing my cars before and after each time I would go for a ride. Not anymore. A California duster is all you need for the dust and for the bugs, etc., just take a clean wet cloth and wipe them away. Dry any surface water with a clean, dry, lint free cloth and you're done. The whole point of having a nice car is to drive it, not be a slave to its maintenance. You will have more time to enjoy the vehicle, even when it rains. The rain and mud just roll right off the finish! I would recommend to anyone that has a nice ride and loves to drive as much as I do, to call Automotive Elegance to discuss a protection plan.
