Forever Faithful is a great company to take care of your elderly loved ones that need some assistance at the home. If you’re looking for a way your mom and dad can stay in their homes longer independently I recommend giving them a call. The 2 lady’s that took care of mom were great with her and took the burden off my dad so he wasn’t overwhelmed at times.

I just called this company. I’m going to be moving to Lubbock early next year. I have a disabled son. I was asking about programs for him, home health care. While this company doesn’t do exactly what I need. A gentleman named Nick is looking into this for me. He didn’t have to do any of this. What a great company an a fantastic employee. Thanks for your help. I’d recommend it to anybody

I was very pleased with their services. I live out of town and it was very hard finding someone to come to our house for caregiving services. They are also very reliable. We stopped needing their help because we placed him in Memory Care.

The staff at Forever Faithful were exceptional!! The care my husband got was wonderful! Staff were very knowledgeable on how to care for him and were eager to learn from the therapists who worked with him. I highly recommend Forever Faithful!

As a full time caregiver, it is so helpful to have some time each week to get out of the house and do errands or just spend time with friends. They would watch her physically for sore spots, bruising, giving her baths or just rubbing lotion on her . They helped her mentally also . They played cards with her or dominoes. They would visit with her during the day and watch her favorite shows like Jeopardy,Wheel of Fortune and Impractical Jokers!! They would cook her favorite breakfast for her which was poached egg , turkey bacon, toast and coffee. They would also do lunch and supper too. They were very aware of her needed medication and would watch out for infections that came around. Do NOT work for this company! They will accuse you of calling in when you dont and not give you the time of day to discuss the accusation! They are rude and unprofessional. Also, if you go discuss the issue with them they will sut the door in your face!
