I visited Charlie Milz for the first time yesterday and I’m so glad I decided to try it out! Beautiful salon which was very clean. All of the staff were welcoming and Lucy was ready for me the moment I walked in the door. Complimentary drinks include lager and Prosecco which was an unexpected bonus! I had a latte which was lovely. I had a wash, cut and blow dry (the shampoo smelt AMAZING) and it truly felt like I was being pampered. Lucy was also very chatty and made me feel comfortable. She also curled my hair for me once it was dry, I asked for a soft wave and I loved the finished look. Thank you Lucy! I 100% will be coming here again! (Note: Only downside is lack of parking close to the building. Didn’t affect me as I live close by.) Less

Always made to feel welcome. I have only been to see Rachel 3 times as quite new to the area. I have curly fine hair and always get worried when changing hairdressers. Rachel understood how I felt and checked throughout my cut that I was happy with what she was doing. She cut my hair in November just before a a family holiday, my hair looked great and was commented on by family members. Thanks Rachel Less
