Very disappointed. £27 for a small cut and hair straightening when I never asked for it to be straightened. Didn’t even use heat protectant. Blamed everything on my main hairdresser when obviously she just can’t cut 😅😅 Seems very moody too, not going to lie. And inpatient. I get I was late by about 5-10 minutes but I got stuck at the gate, and I told you. Plus for me being a first (and last) time customer you could’ve tried harder 😑😑 also how come you would’ve had time to dye my hair lighter (because you misunderstood me) but didn’t have time cut hair to give me what I wanted? When at the start you had no problem doing it. You also do stuff VERY slowly. The person I had was Olivia. Very unhappy. Less

I had ny first hair appointment with Lucy. She was so chatty and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and spoke through the process with me. It shows how passionate she is about her job and she is constantly learning new techniques to keep up with trends Less

I cannot recommend this salon enough. Lucy listens to what I want to achieve and always provides amazing advice to me on what is best. The environment is lovely and I always feel super relaxed. I had a dry cut today with Olivia. As always, expertly done and I’m very pleased with the result. The salon is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this salon to anyone locally. Give them a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! Less
