Cassie takes such care to not just teach good and safe form, but helps us maintain form as we progress. I so appreciate never feeling overlooked or ignored. And she is so encouraging in workouts that feel more grueling or long! I count on her cheering us on to keep going because whenever I try to push myself, I never workout as hard as I do in class.THIS PLACE IS A GODSEND. I’ve had two total knee replacements and was heading for a hip when I thought I would try TGH and see how strengthening my muscles would help my joints. I’ve never done CrossFit and actually didn’t have a clue what it was. But six months in, I cannot believe how great I feel - and move! My hips are strong, I don’t ache (except from a hard workout), I feel so strong, and the best part is that no one cares that I have no idea what anything means and need the coaches to repeat themselves over and again. THESE COACHES ARE INCREDIBLE and have taught me correct form so I don’t get hurt, patience in the skill building, they give me modifications that make every workout challenging but I can be successful still! I cannot say enough how much TGH, the people, the coaches, the training has given me a new perspective on my ability and future as an active and strong woman!
