We had what we thought was a small issue with a leak from an upstairs bathroom. Turned out to be a much bigger issue which required documented remediation and pulling out and replacing an existing bath. Johnny worked with the insurance company, oversaw mold testing and remediation and retesting, rebuilt the bath, repainted and made things better than new. Johnny came out to my home and made a special trip. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and told me the mold was in my grout and would have to be replaced. He also wrote a Inspection Report for me to take to my builder for remediation. Johnny went out of his way for me and he didn't have to do that. I was so impressed with his integrity and level of personal customer service. He's been in the business for 24 years and cannot be rivaled for his expertise. I honestly would give him a 10 star rating if I could. He is simply the best. Another grout company had come out and was going to reseal the grout for 275.00 without taking care of the problem.
