I recently did something awful to my lower back, I could barely move. I seen Dr Dail yesterday and by this morning I feel SIGNIFICANTLY better already. I’m no longer jolting in sudden pain from moving wrong. I’m able to move around and function again. The pain is now a very dull ache and I can tell it’s finally healing. Dr Dail was very gentle, got right to work and I appreciated him praying over me for my pain to heal. This office is amazing and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. So I originally was drawn to this place because of all the great reviews, however was not impressed and felt scammed. I first paid $125 after insurance for an x-ray that I did not need. I was expecting to get adjusted as well and all the dr. did was use the vibrating massage gun on my spine and said that was the adjustment.. after going to an actual chiropractor that cares about their patients and does a full adjustment first hand I realized that this place wasted my time and money. I was later billed $20 and they said they "forgot to charge me when I was there". I Paid it of course to be done with this place. OVER 4 MONTHS LATER they sent another bill of $42 that said benefits denied and said "it was a glitch in the system you don't owe" huh? so if I were to pay that and not call and ask for them to explain were they going to inform me or pay me back my money? ....
