I recently had my water heater replaced & I would definitely recommend Service Relief. The office staff & techs are pleasant, professional & helpful. They squeezed me in before the holidays & then went above & beyond to make sure we would have hot water again. My basement isn't easy to access but they got the job done quickly. I will definitely use them again.

Armando and his team from Service relief were absolutely amazing. They installed a sump pump and They were very professional and respectful of the property. They covered everything up so not to dirty the floor and their work was very clean and persice.They made sure to explain every step and make sure its ok with me.They solved every challenge on the way in a very smart and effective way. Great Customer Service, Attention to my needs & Excellent Work! Juan came over to map & track pipes that run inside my concrete slab foundation, so I can begin foundation repairs without them being drilled into. I was very comfortable with Juan. What a nice young man! Patient, kind, and a great listener. He had never been to my house, so he listened patiently as I explained what I knew and what help I needed from him. He walked through the house with me to understand its layout & how this mapping would unfold. He let me watch the video as well so I could get a visual of the inside of the pipes (which I had sleeved several months ago), so it was nice to see how the sleeving was holding up. He helped me mark the floor for the entire path of the pipes, & now I can do measurements for the foundation repair team. He also didn't just map the pipes in the rooms where the repair will happen, he also tracked them all the way back to the guest bathroom so I have a full understanding of where they are for any future renovations or issues. He removed the toilet to access the pipes, and put it back, well-balanced and left my bathroom nice & tidy.He answered some other casual plumbing-related questions for me, gave me his opinion about how the sleeving looked to him, and gave me some advice about continuing to drip the faucets bc of the weather & why there is a noise a valve makes in my toilet when it's filling and how to fix it. He offered to fix it if I like, but he acknowledged it's something I can do on my own. Juan was over for about an hour. He removed the toilet to access the pipes, and put it back, well-balanced and left my bathroom nice & tidy. I found the cost competitive with other estimates I received, however, Juan's customer service put him above others who were going to charge the same. Also, one of the 'big' plumbing companies told me they would charge the same, but wouldn't remove the toilet to access the pipes, which is the best way, most logical & easiest way to check out the main line in that side of the home. I understand some of the reasons they wouldn't want to have their guy remove the toilet, but it seems like a basic skill of any plumber to me. (Unfortunately, my basement access pt would require a 45 degree turn by the camera to head up to this part of the line... which would be an Olympic fete for any plumber.) Bringing in a 2nd vendor to remove the toilet felt like an unnecessary hassle. I'm so glad Service Relief was recommended to me for this job (by another plumber!). Juan was awesome. I will not hesitate to hire them again.

We used this company about 6 years ago and we were extremely happy with the results. Martin was fantastic - personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job on our bathroom and later on our kitchen sink.So when we had issues with our expansion tank on our boiler and the company that usually services us (and sold us the boiler) couldn't figure out how to fix the issue, we called Martin. He sent over Juan and he did an amazing job. The best part (besides him fixing the problem) was that the other company said that we needed to replace two pipes because he couldn't get the valves to shut off in order to remove the expansion tank and said the entire system would need to be drained. When Juan came over, he knew we would not have questioned doing all this work and charging a fortune, but he was honest. he closed the valves with no issue, replaced the expansion tank and went on his way. We could not be more happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work at a reasonable price. They are a rare find among price gougers and mediocre work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We used this company 6 years ago and could not be more pleased. Martin was the best and took care of several issues both in our bathroom and our kitchen sink.Here we were 6 years later and we needed a plumber once again. We contacted Service Relief and Juan was great. I am very pleased with the results. He was professional, thorough and personable. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again and again.

Fast friendly service. Juan Alamo was my technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Though my job was difficult he reassured me that he would be able to complete it without any issues. I talked with him for a bit and found him to he a very intelligent and engaging person. Not only have I found myself a company for all my mechanical needs but I also found a friend in Juan! Thanks again for a job well done. I will definitely be calling again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with the team that repaired my sump pump. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, well-trained, and very patient. They took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, what needed to be done, and walked me through each step before starting the work, which I really appreciated.The technicians were respectful, efficient, and worked very cleanly. Once the job was complete, they made sure everything was cleaned up and left the area better than they found it. Beware of Juan the con man -Whatever is the matter, will turn into you need a new furnace and it will be $3,200.00 overpriced.Radiator needed a bleed. He said it was rusted out.A-1 Oil saved the day and handled that hour long job for free. It was NOT rusted out.Juan doesn’t do his contracts by Connecticut state law- no breakdown, no mention of permits and more importantly, NO, NADA, ZERO 3 day cancellation policy.GET ESTIMATES, because reputable businesses don’t charge for them.Say you’re going to do that in front of this Juan guy, and see how fast he drops his price to very overpriced, from insanely overpriced.Other reviews say the same as this one.#DCP #SocialServices #ScareTactics #KARMA
