Had my Giulia Quadrifoglio ceramic coated just before easter at UNIT 11 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vienna, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful—she took the time to explain all the options clearly and recommended the best package for my needs without any pressure.They carried out a full paint correction and two-stage polish before applying the ceramic coating, and I also went for the wheels and screens package on top of the paintwork. The results are genuinely impressive—the paint has a deep gloss with mirror-like reflections, and the whole car looks absolutely pristine.They provided a courtesy car while mine was being worked on, which made everything super convenient. The price was very reasonable for the level of service and quality delivered.Customer service was top-notch from start to finish. They even stayed open on a bank holiday so I could collect the car—really went the extra mile.
