I was recently completely screwed over by hawks classics in Notthfleet having work done in my car deposit gone HMRC closed them down just a nightmare searching for companies to finish the work I found the team at unit 11 these people are honest and genuinely love what they are doing they kept me informed of what was going on with my car and done a fantastic job really helpful guiding you through the process unlike hawks they didn’t sell me a dream that would never happen gave it to me straight the work they carried out is top class the car is back home and running like a dream I also had it ceramic polished this is unbelievable I was not to sure but went with there word and oh my god the car is so #ucking clean and really does not get dirty it’s witchcraft so a BIG THANKYOU to Vienna and the team always pleased to see you and really care about your car I would and have told people to go there

Had some work done by unit 11 on my BMW after hearing good things from a friend, they completely transformed my bmw from stock to exactly what I envisioned it to look like, they completely transformed the look of the car. From the cup of tea or coffee when you walk through the door to the real high quality of work they do. If you have any doubts about using unit 11 I would 100% recommend them. Just had our new Renault R5 Prepped and ceramic coated by the team at Unit-11 and genuinely couldn’t be happier. The difference between dealer standards and Unit-11 standards are staggering. The service and hospitality from Vienna was spot on and will definately be returning with our other cars.
