I really struggled finding a place I trusted and who seemed genuinely interested in taking on the job. WOW. What an amazing experience from start to finish. I cannot find the words to describe the feeling of seeing my car for the first time when completed. If you think your car is clean and polished, then I recommend a visit to Unit 11 to see exactly how clean and polished your car can be. I had purchased a brand new car but was never happy with how it looked. No more. It is like driving a completely different car. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!!! What an absolutely amazing job they have done. After a disaster of 3 months with a new car that had GardX added badly by Mercedes Benz Maidstone, scratching the car and causing bad swirls (which can only be seen in sunlight) they agreed to eventually have it corrected by someone of my choosing. I had never heard of Unit-11 before so was a bit worried at first. Vienna has been a fantastic help right from the start. I held back from a review until I washed the car which I have just done and cannot believe how quick and easy it was and not a scratch in sight!. Top service from start to finish. Communication throughout was 10/10 as with the work that was carried out. Work Carried out was a Stage 2 machine polish, ceramic casting, ghost immobiliser, front and rear dash cam fitted. Would highly recommend to anyone getting work done at unit 11. Less

Booked my car in for stage 2 detailing with ceramic coating. Plus, additional works on my rear callipers... I also enquired about window tinting. Vienna was really helpful and managed to get everything booked in. Service was great, and the team found I had some cracking on paintwork pictures that were provided with costs to repair.. whilst the car was in, I was given a courtesy car, which is really helpful if you live far away. All in all, top service. When I picked the car up, I was just amazed at how good it looked, and all the works were perfect. I highly recommend UNIT 11 ... We have recently had the pleasure of using Unit-11 for putting right the mess that Mercedes Benz Maidstone had caused to my paintwork and wheel after it went in for a service. We had specifically stated DO NOT WASH MY CAR as my husband details my car himself. Did Mercedes listen? No of course they didn’t. So we ended up here in the hope that Unit-11 could try and help. The damage to the paintwork was immense. The whole body had previously been machine polished and paint corrected to remove any imperfections. When we took it to Unit-11 every panel had swirl marks and deep scratches on it and it looked like it had been washed with a Brillo pad. Thank goodness for Unit-11. Vienna talked us through what could be done and how it could be rectified. Our pride and joy that had been so badly mistreated would eventually be back to how it was before its service. As we walked in we were greeted by Vienna - we were instantly put at ease with her outstanding knowledge and understanding. Vienna is not just the girl that answers the phone - to us she has been the front of the business and more understanding than we could ever have imagined. Our car spent five days having its paint recorrected (at Mercedes expense) and the ceramic coat (at our expense) done. While it was there we received a phone call from Vienna informing us that one of our wheels had had a shoddy repair done by Mercedes that was so far substandard it looked like it had been painted with a roller. This was due to damage that Mercedes inflicted and had rectified themselves to a very poor standard. So Vienna kindly rebooked our car in again to have the wheel shotblasted, repaired properly, repainted and recoated back to the original high gloss black stunning wheels that they are. We collected our car today and actually felt quite sad that we no longer have a good excuse to pop in for a cuppa. Our car is back to how it should be, actually it is better than it was when it was new. Back to us loving it again and not hating what’s been done to it by the main dealer. When our car was handed back it was presented back to us in a light tunnel and it absolutely blew us away. The whole experience from Unit-11 has been a 7 star experience from start to finish. They have kept us informed every step of the way and gone above and beyond what a Detailers should. Vienna - you are without doubt the biggest asset to this company (and Huxley).
