CTI has been a very encouraging and uplifting gym to come to. I recently restarted my CrossFit journey and every class I come to has been a challenge but also a step to getting to where I want to be. They have amazing coaches who take the time to greet you and take the moments to make sure you are comfortable with each movement. The community is definitely what makes it an extra special place to come and workout with and I’m lucky I found this gym!

Amazing CrossFit gym! The staff and members are incredibly friendly and welcoming from day one. The coaches constantly check in on your progress, pushing you to do more while prioritizing perfect form. The facility is great and even includes showers. Plus, the location is super convenient right off Loop 1604 for quick on and off highway access!

Everything you’d want in a CrossFit gym you will find it here. The awesome and supportive people, the equipment, the space, the music, the giant fans needed in this weather. I’ve been coming for a month and a half and I couldn’t ask for a better gym. I’m so glad I decided to just show up one day at 5am to see if I’d like it as much as my old community and I’m still showing up. Thank you all!!

We love Come & Take It! We drive from across town as much as we can for both the CrossFit and Hyrox classes, and it’s absolutely worth it! Always designed so well! I’ve seen so much growth as both a Hyrox and CF athlete since starting at CTI! Plus the community is incredible!

This gym feels incredibly friendly and family-oriented. From day one, I felt welcomed. Everyone is genuinely happy to be there, and people take the time to get to know you. I’ve been to other CrossFit gyms where people just show up, work out, and leave but this place is different. The coaches truly train you and set you up for success, especially if you’re preparing for upcoming competitions. It really feels like a supportive community.

This community has been amazing since the day i stepped into the gym! Joel & Vanessa are very welcoming, attentive, & great people! All coaches & members are extremely kind & welcoming. Let’s not forget about the workouts! They push you to your limit but you walk out feeling so accomplished. Couldn’t have found a better place!
