Joel and Vanessa have been so great at getting me motivated while starting my CrossFit journey. I’ve had a previous knee injury and all of the coaches have been so good at modifying some of the workouts on the days where my knee is hurting. The community at the gym has been so welcoming! I have absolutely loved coming here!

This group is awesome. Not only do they provide excellent workouts, they provide a sense of family. They don’t just want money, they want to provide you with the opportunity to be the best you, you can be. They care.

I’ve worked out for yrs and a friend invited me to her class. I was always afraid to try Crossfit. When I came to CTI last year, I knew I found my place. The coaches made me feel so comfortable. They made sure I was comfortable not only with my movements but with my surroundings as well. We’ve made amazing friendships along the way. So many workout times to choose from too! You’ll love it here!

Dropped in this week and loved the welcoming community! It was fun to jump into a class, and I really enjoyed the programming, a full hour of work. I’ve been coming for a few months and I feel stronger and my mobility is increasing a little bit. They really take their time and explain technique fully. I didn’t realize how much I had to learn but I am really enjoying the atmosphere. I would recommend this place in a heart beat and I think the instructors are top notch high quality people.

Awesome group of people here! I'm a beginner with my girlfriend and we been coming 3 days a week. We don't know what we're doing but they're helping us a ton and having fun while doing it!

We really like this gym. This was the 3rd CrossFit gym we tried and we were sold! Great coaches that work on technique to prevent injury. Friendly people. Inviting place. 10/10 would recommend

Best decision I made in a long time was signing up for this gym. Everyone helps you learn if you never tried these type of workouts, Worth every dollar if you care about your health.

Still on my 5 day trial. Coach Jesse and Coach Liz were very professional and walked me through the workouts. My first time doing CrossFit. Other members were super friendly and very motivated. Looking forward to working out here.

Everyone is super friendly there. This gym was clean and everything was disinfected after usage. It has a family atmosphere and the coaches take time to explain how to do the workouts. I tried other gyms but they weren't as welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Super cool and friendly vibe from the people here. A recent ownership change has really done wonders for the gym. Remodeling and new equipment abound. Highly recommended if you are looking to push yourself.

Great place to work out with a community of great people

Staff is knowledgeable and they won't let you cheat on form for reps or weight. Also, they give good post WOD restaurant recommendations.

First time guest to this CrossFit. Liz and the entire crew made me feel right at home. Great atmosphere - and a nice butt kicking WOD.

Dropped in today and was not met with a warm welcome. Got checked in and then not one person talked to me. There was very little coaching and at one point during the WOD the coach was on the bike. Would not go back here.

Random drop in today while passing through, an incredible humble, chill, clean environment with some great music and even better group of regulars I got to meet and workout with. They opened up their doors, no questions asked, and made me feel part of their great community. Love from Canada, eh!

This is my first time doing crossfit and it is the best thing yet. The crew is awesome, they are always motivating me to get out of my comfort-zone, and they have alot of patience with me...always making sure my form is right. I love it.

My first ever crossfit gym. The coaching staff & the athletes were absolutely what I needed to get started in my crossfit endeavors. They helped me build the solid foundation I needed to progress properly in my lifting career. I have since moved, but I still drop in to the box every opportunity I get & stay in touch with all the coaches & athletes. Great community with an incredible atmosphere.

As a former gym rat, the transition was difficult but EVERYONE at the gym (members & coaches) have all been the most welcoming group of people I have ever trained with. The group dynamics range from average joes to experienced heavy lifters to endurance athletes, making the mix of people you train with absolutely perfect. And the coaches have really helped me transition from basic body building style lifting to a more experienced olympic lifter. Come and Take It is my home away from home. I came to try to lose weight and get in shape for baseball but I ended up staying and becoming the "box rat". Since then I've been coming mostly every day and also have signed up for competitions. With the help of Ceasar I'm down 30 pounds from where I started and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I read an article on Tabata Times titled 5-things-consider-searching-right-crossfit-box and the first thing I thought of was CTICF hit the nail on the head! Not everything can be perfect and this is just me being picky. ;) If I had to suggest an area of improvement would be with the warm-ups. They seemed short at times. WIth that said, right before I moved they seemed to be doing better. One last thing, if I ever had questions about anything and everything, from said warm-ups, to programming, to "will I ever be able to do double unders or muscle ups?" they would answer honestly and never seemed offended or judgmental.
