They went way out of their way to make things exactly the way we wanted it. We had a poem about tumbleweeds in the program. My family and I were very pleased with our choice of Berg Mortuary for my husband's Provo viewing and graveside service in the Provo City Cemetery. We are from Memphis where my husband's funeral was held, but because he desired to be buried in Provo, Utah where he grew up, we needed secondary funeral arrangements as well. One call to Berg Mortuary was all I needed. The staff competently handled every detail. I was very pleased with the spiritual atmosphere of the viewing room--the lighting, furnishings, music, and flowers gave off a peaceful calming feeling so necessary to bring our family members together. The funeral director was kind and knowledgeable; he answered every question we had about the flow of events during the day. Because we essentially had two funerals, I was pleased to find that Berg Mortuary's costs were reasonable and covered everything I could think of. Whenever I reflect back to the day of the funeral, I am so grateful to feel peace because the day went to smoothly.
