I had a basement flooding from a clogged drain. As soon as James got over here, it was found and defeated. It was roots! He made sure to even check along the pipe all the way to the city sewer line. He was very polite and helpful with information about what he was doing and prevention care to avoid the emergency visit next time. I'm calling him next time I need help or just a maintenance cleaning.

Had a broken and leaking clay tile waste pipe which was slowly leaking sewage into my house through the basement wall. Worked with America's plumbing out of Bloomington which appraised the job at $8000, but when it came to doing the job couldn't make the turn in the pipe. Was recommended to reach out to Midwest by another plumbing company. Contacted James and his team were able to reline the pipe even with a bend with no issues, saving our family thousands of dollars in expense of running a new pipe. I would recommend to anybody in similar situations. The price was less than half of the other company and one seamless pipe vs a bunch of patches. Excellent work.

Called James to come do a simple sewer line camera inspection to help me find where my sewer line was located in my yard. Came that next week. Very professional and honest work. Reasonably priced as well. Told me what needed fixed and my options on how to fix it, whether it was his company doing the work or myself. Would recommend him to anybody needing sewer inspection, sewer line relining, or cleaning.
