The North River Team was excellent while dealing with my parents care. Our Care Advisor Mia met with us and went over all they can do and gave me frequent updates. The home aids were wonderful in dealing with my mother who can be difficult and helped my Dad run errands as well as with hygiene and self-care. I began using North River Home Care in 2021 after concluding a leave of absence from work to care for my elderly mother with dementia. North River was able to provide me with flexibility, and more than anything that peace of mind knowing that my mom would be well cared for. I began using North River Home Care in 2021 after concluding a leave of absence from work to care for my elderly mother with dementia. North River was able to provide me with flexibility, and more than anything that peace of mind knowing that my mom would be well cared for. I got to know many of mom's aides quite well most especially Keyona who was with my mom quite frequently. Keyona always went above and beyond in caring for my mom. She was always prompt, so personable, and genuinely caring. My mom adored her. This is indicative of the high level of care North River provides to their clients. Everyone from Julia my mom's case manager to Colleen who answered the phone was always helpful and accommodating. Sadly my mom passed away on December 28, 2024 after a long courageous battle with dementia. I will always be grateful to all at North River who helped me to care for my mom and keep her at home happy and comfortable. I am forever grateful for their wonderful assistance in helping me do this. It is my honor to recommend them.
