Such a friendly gym, both staff and members! The programming is well thought out so know what to expect and can easily see progress. There’s a huge diversity of age and fitness levels so it makes it very approachable for anyone regardless of ability and experience. Coaches give lots of options for scaling if you have physical limitations. Plenty of equipment and options to have access 24/7 if you need to come in outside of class times. They have a nice back area with some traditional gym machines if you’re not into CF specific training or want to work out in a more quiet, private setting. Showers, lounge and plenty of storage cubbies. We’ve been members for years and would recommend to anyone.
