Swagg Construction did an excellent job replacing my storm damaged roof and siding. The demo and construction crews were friendly and polite. The roofing crew was very experienced. The siding team was very exact and thorough. Communication with the Project Manager and Owner, through the whole process, was very good. All of our questions were answered. Different types of products were discussed and upgrades to construction materials were gathered and installed in an amazingly short time period. Attention to detail was incredible. The roof ridge has a great profile and the cap looks amazing. The siding has never looked so straight nor felt so solid. The window and soffit trim was placed evenly, appearing almost seamless. The fascia was skillfully bent and formed to the many shapes and corners on my house. And thank you Sean, for all the time invested since the very beginning of my project. I would highly recommend this company.

I feel it is important to give credit when it is sincerely due. There are always multiple sales people overwhelming communities when storm related issues hit an area, as it did in Havre, MT.Individual's from numerous companies were door knocking from morning until night. Fliers being distributed like free candy.I have been in Real Estate, as a broker, for 32 years & property management for 23 years. Understanding I have seen companies come & go. Most you never see, after they lay hands on the individual property. I've seen promises & commitments made & broken.I met Caine some years back, while he was working on a storm area about 20 miles away.Caine called to see if he could assist in roofing disasters under the Swagg Roofing Construction. He came to my business & explained everything from top to bottom. Including everything from roofing products to color etc. Timing was extremely important. I had 4 roofs to be replaced, 3 rentals & my own home. I was anxious to get on the list.Needless to say I was beyond pleased. There were updates continually including the workers doing the work being monitored daily with manager. A manager walked around each property through including after the work had been concluded, making sure nothing was left behind.There were many companies that left town with bad working ethics complaints behind them with horrific roofing replacement stories but not the case with Caine & Swagg Roofing Construction. They provided the service that was stated from the beginning & answered any & all questions to my satisfaction.My property owners were very pleased with work provided on their propertyCaine kept the owners up to date making them feel comfortable with what was being done.I recommend them to anyone knowing how pleased others will be. In all of my years there are few companies I would do repeat with of any kind of businesses but Caine with Swagg roofing is one I would totally trust.

Very pleased with the result! Their crew removed my damaged roof in one day and installed the new one the next day; very fast, efficient and quality work. The siding replacement was also the same quality work. I am 100% happy with the result!

Worked with Caine, I wish I would have known him before I started my claim with State Farm. There’s a lot about this process I didn’t know figuring it would be like an auto claim but it’s not. Looks like I now need to find another home insurance company, but at least I found a great roofer to represent me if it hails again.
