We had hail damage on our flat roof and Mark and crew went to work. They contacted the insurance and it took 10 months and an engineer to verify that it had damaged the roof. If you are fed up with dealing with your insurance company with claims, then you need to find a repair company that totally understands and deals with insurance. For me that company was Swagg Roofing and Siding. They helped across the board with all the different contractors that were needed as well. Their work was 100 percent perfect as well.
