I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and help I received from Swagg Roofing for my much needed roof replacement I got quotes from three roofing companies, but Caine from Swagg was the only one who dug into my homeowners insurance for possible coverage due to wind damage. In fact one of the roofing companies advised against filing a claim because the damage was just over a year old and because I got up on the roof and nailed down some shingles, it would be grounds for denial.Caine said that didn’t matter - in fact I was trying to limit and remediate future damage. He was able to give me the exact date the big wind storm blew through the property and that allowed me to go back through my notes to verify the event date. He told me what to say when filing the claim and the process that would happen. He was on site when the field adjuster looked at the property damage and was my advocate during the process.The result - the insurance company paid entirely for a new roof replacement less my $500 deductible - saving me well over $14,000.I know from experience insurance claims can be tricky and there may be valid reasons to deny a claim. But what I felt I had with Swagg Roofing over the other companies is a genuine and very knowledgeable advocate to help me navigate an unfamiliar process - which in my case resulted in an extremely good outcome.Many thanks to Swagg and especially Caine for this great outcome. They for sure deserve the 5 Star review for their knowledgeable guidance in helping me navigate insurance, and for the great work in getting the roof replaced in a timely manner - exactly as the said they would.

Caine showed up almost a year after State Farm told me that my roof had no damage. Caine inspected the roof with a drone. Found lots of damage. Had to go back and forth with State Farm and found reason for denial was not accurate. They work closely with us to get it over turned. New roof was completed in one day. Went to work and came home. It was done. Highly recommend using SWAGG construction for any inspections or roofing needs.

Swagg was great to work with! More specifically, Caine made the whole process extremely easy & stress-free. From the first interaction, all the way through the completion of our roof and cleanup afterwards, he was very thorough & helpful. He explained the process every step of the way, answering questions, and keeping us updated without even having to reach out to him first. Swagg was amazing!!! I couldn't be happier. I called about 8 roofing companies and after them came out, all but two refused to give me a bid because the job was a little challenging since it is a historic building with a gutter system built into the roof. Swagg's bid was more than HALF of what the other company quoted me. Swagg was quick and efficient & did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
