I chose Swag because they were in the process of doing a neighbors roof I cannot express how helpful they were, Garrett waked my wife and I through the entire process he assist with the adjuster that came out from the insurance company, once all was approved and job complete a couple things needed to be resent to the insurance company and they handled all of that i did communicate often just to stay in the loop but not much had to be done on our part i highly recommend this company first, also the workers that came out were extremely thorough in their clean up they ensured no mess was left or nails for that matter as they walked the entire perimeter 3 times cause i was worried about our dogs in the back very very helpful. I, like many people was leery of using an out of town contractor for my roof replacement after the storms in May of 2024. Zac stopped by unsolicited & offered an inspection and some repair options. my roof was 20 years old & I anticipated a fight with my carrier regarding coverage. Zac assured me that he would work with the insurance company on my behalf & get me the coverage that I would need. I was skeptical, but decided I had nothing to lose. Zac & Swagg did every single thing they said they would do, i walked away with a brand new premium roof replacement & my ONLY out of pocket expense was my deductible. I didn't have to deal with insurance adjusters, I didn't have to wait 6 months for them to do the job.
