Worked with Caine, I wish I would have known him before I started my claim with State Farm. There’s a lot about this process I didn’t know figuring it would be like an auto claim but it’s not. Looks like I now need to find another home insurance company, but at least I found a great roofer to represent me if it hails again.

My roof was damaged from the December 2025 windstorm in Montana. I notified my insurance company immediately and they gave me names of roofers to try to contact. Dustin Swaggerty of Swagg construction was the first to get back to me. They arrived within a couple days to at least get the damaged area protected. Dustin relieved some of my stress with assured me that they would make sure the process went well for me. Of course I had to wait for adjusters to get the insurance claim approved but once that was done Swagg roofing acted promptly to start the roofing project. I was lucky that Montana had a mild February and that Swagg roofing had the project completed in a few days. Much appreciation to the hard working roofers who did a great job! Thanks to Dustin and Tyler who continued to reassure me that the claim would cover most costs as I waited for the final outcome. I would recommend Swagg Construction and Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

Swagg was very professional and easy to work with. They found the perfect shingles, addressed all the problem areas, and worked their butts off to get our roof done before the snow came. These guys are awesome. They will be my first choice for any future projects that could come our way.

I would highly recommend Swagg Roofing and Siding. We had hail damage and they worked diligently with our insurance company. Daniel very professional and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The roofers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if I ever needed anything done.
