Last year Myself and my husband had the challenge of extending our home to make it big enough for our expanding family as I was pregnant with our second child. Hi John has provided the most cost effective consultancy to varying degrees in four projects so far . We will definitely be using 369 as we move to pastures new . There have been improvements with cost and time saving benefits by employing John . We kicked off with two small domestic new builds which required elements of site control and some really tight QS services which gave us time and finance improvements .Through Johns experience he was able to source and cost packages effectively to minimise delays between different site skills these also minimised any interruption from building control/ planning . Our 3 Rd site is a large 4 bed self build , built on 3 floors with under floor heating linked to renewable heating (air source heat pump and solar thermal ) . John sourced the underfloor heating and floor skim . John saved us a fortune in the soak away drainage that he rationalised to take out the over engineered elements and replace with a cost effective solution , which has never failed .
